“The plant, a gift, was delivered as promised on the scheduled day apparently. It was disappointing that the message had not been attached/had become detached as the recipients had no idea who it was from or why. With no email confirming delivery we eventually had to call them to ask if it had arrived and give them the message ourselves which slightly spoilt the purpose! However, I understand the plant is looking good and we hope it does well.”

“The plants are full 8ft standards with very straight stems. One branch had broken on one of the plants but they all perked up well with a good water. The delivery driver was very helpful”

“Responsiveness and service have been very good - my plants were delivered to the correct location on the day agreed, which was a month or so after delivery was arranged. Unfortunately one plant appears to have been badly frosted with only two out of 13 stems undamaged and 10 out of 11 completely blackened (and also very poorly repotted with a crumbly and limp root ball in two parts). I will, however, monitor the plant's progress and if it does not recover Paramount have said that they will replace it. This seems to be a sensible outcome.”
