“I paid for my trees and was given a delivery date. Trees didn't arrive and I am still waiting for a full refund of £750 Not very happy at all would not recommend”

“Disappointing customer service. Plants dispatched on Wednesday for following day delivery did not arrive until the next Tuesday. OK, so problems with delivery during coronavirus lockdown plausible but never kept informed; had to keep chasing Paramount who sometimes did not get back to me as they suggested they would. Eventually, owner Karen seemed to get involved and matter was resolved.”

“I have ordered plants from a few websites during the current lockdown situation and the Paramount Plants are by far the best option. Very fast delivery, regular email updates and what most importantly, plants arrived in immaculate condition. Fresh, well packaged and well looked after. Thank you”

“This was the first time that I have ordered plants on line having usually been to my local garden centre. I am extremely pleased with the 6 plants which present in a healthy and thriving condition. Paramount Plants have been very good at keeping me informed about the timescales for delivery which depended on them receiving sufficient stock. The plants were delivered on a pallet and they were secure and safe on arrival. I am hopeful now that when I transfer them into the ground they will continue to thrive. I have found the customer service from Paramount Plants very good and will indeed place further orders.”

“Happy with the products that came through the post from paramount, but was a little concerned at how they were packaged (squashed together very tightly). That said, once unwrapping and letting them 'breathe' they are OK and good. A bit more care on packaging would be good, however I will buy from them again. Thank you guys”

“Plant arrived and had been dislodged from the pot, it was obvious from the root ball that a small plant had been placed into a larger pot prior to departure ,so I did not receive a 1.5litre plant”
