“I was very pleased with the plant when it arrived, it was looking very healthy indeed. I always worry about buying plants on the internet, I had one acer arrive dead - not from Paramount Plants! I only ordered on line because of the COVID-19 lockdown and was very happy I did so.”

“So impressed with Paramount Plants. 4 x pleached Photinia Red Robins, delivered quicker than the estimated time. They seem well established and healthy. Delivery on the day under lockdown was smooth, safe and the Driver very polite. Have never ordered plants on line, but 100% would do again from Paramount and would highly recommend.”

“I'm delighted to say that both my most recent orders (#47047 and #47825) arrived on time and in good condition. I have bought from Paramount Plants several times in the past and have visited the Enfield nurseries twice. It is certainly worth the trip, even from North Wales where I live! At the moment I already have two more orders in the pipeline. Every time the plants arrive they prove to be in excellent health and bigger than expected. (One of the things I'm still waiting for is more Enkianthus perulatus balls. There is only one size left at the moment but I need all three sizes that used to be stocked. Please let me know when you get more.) I'm adding an old photo of the first group of plants I bought from Paramount about 6-7 years ago. The three sizes of Enkianthus perulatus are in the foreground. All the plants have grown bigger now and are doing well.”

“Occasionally we all need a treat. Normally I grow from immature and wait, but I was replacing a diseased mature shrub and it would have left a horrible gap. This plant gives a fairly instant backdrop to cover an ugly fence- 2 more years and it will be stunning. Healthy- well packaged. Expensive- but sometimes we need a treat!”

“The laurel plants that I ordered arrived promptly and in rude health. The price was particularly competitive and the customer service exemplary; so good that I ordered again straight away. Paramount is THE place to order mature trees and shrubs, even if Coronavirus is defeated and garden centres and nurseries are open. I have no connections with them, in case you are wondering!”

“8 beautiful large healthy cherry laurels delivered last week. Size as advertised and delivered by a very lovely delivery man. All planted now and they look fabulous. My one slight criticism is that the delivery slot was 8am to 6pm, which atm is ok as we are home but as my order arrived at 5pm, 9 hours is a long time to wait. A text to advise an AM or PM delivery would be more suitable. 5 stars for the plants and service . Thank you”

“I paid for my trees and was given a delivery date. Trees didn't arrive and I am still waiting for a full refund of £750 Not very happy at all would not recommend”
