“Plants arrived in hood condition and seem to be thriving now they are planted out . The only criticism I have that is took nearly two months to receive the plants after ordering.”

“Delivery took a little while but we were given ample warning and during this period of COVID we expected a delay. Plants were in good condition when they arrived. Perfect service all in all.”

“Very disappointed how the cryptomeria appears to be dying after only 2 weeks. This was not a cheap purchase. You say it will recover but I will have to wait until the end of August to find out. Not at all happy.”

“Plants were very dry and wilted. A couple were packaged together and had a number of broken stems. Wouldn’t use again. I did complain and was offered a £20 voucher. Postage was £20 and considering I wasn’t happy the voucher is as good as worthless”

“Received the plants in good time especially given the pandemic situation! The communication regarding delivery was great throughout. Plants were as expected and in a very good healthy condition. They've been planted about a month now and continue to remain healthy and are flourishing nicely. Very happy with our purchase which is always a worry when you order over the internet having not seen the items in person, never sure what you might get! I would use this company again and recommend them.”
