“I ordered a particular wisteria from paramount plants, the plant was delivered within a reasonable time scale, considering the pressure everyone is under during lockdown, however I had some concerns whether it was actually the correct plant, but after contacting Karen at paramount and being reassured that if it isn't the correct plant they would replace it next year after it flowers and we can tell if it is the right one. So many thanks.”

“I had plenty of questions regarding the correct pleached hedging plant I needed. Paramount Plants were extremely helpful and patient with me, overall several emails. With their help, I got the hedging plant I needed and additional support with it's planting instructions. I bought many other plants too after this, including a lovely Perovskia Blue Spire Russian Sage. Thank you Paramount Plants”

“The tree arrived on time and was very well packaged and protected. The delivery man was also very helpful (during lockdown) but adhered to all government regulations. The tree is beautiful and is of great quality - it’s thriving. Thank you 👍”

“Unfortunately, I think the Pampas Grass we've had delivered hasn't survived the journey? They both arrived looking very dry and yellow, having not had this type of plant before I assumed it would be ok once planted and watered well. However, despite using good compost and following the directions for planting, 1 weeks later and they're still looking very yellow and very dry. Please advise how I can go about making them healthier. Thank you One of the 12 bamboo plants purchased arrived with loads of maggots in the basket and within the roots. It's the only bamboo plant out of the 12 that doesn't have as many leaves growing anymore and that has purple and black coloured stems. Please advise.”

“We ordered some palms from Paramount and since the service during lock-down was so good (and we needed an additional palm) we decided to order through Paramount again. Again, we received a larger palm than expected, so we're very pleased! We'd certainly recommend them!!”

“Excellent service with great website. The delivery came on time with a very helpful driver. All the plants were in good condition and ready to be planted. All the plants were chosen as feature plants in a new border and the result, even though a couple are still small, easily beats our expectations. 5 star.”

“Plants it ordered were not available after it ordered them ,after chasing up i was offered an alternative . Lead time to get them was quiet long and trees were not very full in terms of volume”

“The tree I ordered I cannot fault other than being in what can only be described as sand upon arrival. The tree was bought as a gift and I had asked them to send to that persons address but invoice to my own. 3 time I had asked for confirmation on which address it would be sent to and heard nothing in the end it was sent to the wrong address and I had to the arrange transport of a rather large tree”
