“Plant arrived in poor condition due to the heat. Paramount plants rapidly resolved the problem and gave me a full refund. Good service.”

“Very efficient - quick to answer queries and kept informed about delivery once order was placed. Driver rang when he was on his way and arrived promptly. Tree in good condition and at 8.5 ft tall was at the larger end of the size range given on the internet description (6.5 - 8 feet). Very happy with my order - as usual!”

“Plants look really healthy and value for money is excellent. Delivery was quite quick even tho the current situation with isolations is very difficult. I will buy more plants soon as I haven’t finished with the garden .”

“Never leave feedback but as I received such an excellent experience from order (even made a change after initial order) to product, through to follow up to check on quality level. Ordered a number of different hedging plants and all look great. Many thanks will definitely use again”

“Thank you all for my lovely, healthy and robust trees. The care, professionalism and quality is obvious to see. Your constant emails updating me on the process of my order was very reassuring. “Paramount Plants provided excellent plants and service. I ordered an Olive Tree for my son and his girlfriend, who have a lovely flat in London with a terrace. Right now, they are working day and night at home, so this was a present from us to them. They are delighted with the Olive, which is a very good size: I’ve seen a photo. As a result, we ordered a Chusan Palm for them which should be delivered this week. At least they can sit outside In the fresh air, and enjoy the view and the plants from Paramount. Paramount staff were just excellent in arranging the delivery of a superb plant. Thank you.”

“I’ve only given a 3 star because we received the shrub on one of the hottest days this year so it looked in a very sorry state. I’m hoping with a lot of TLC it will recover. As soon as it was delivered I soaked the root ball and planted it with a 50/50 compost soil mix with blood/fish/bone as well. I’ve been keeping it watered over the last week, the rain we had certainly helped. A few of the smaller twigs had been broken in transit.”
