I haven’t received my order and I have emailed your company and messaged on Facebook and have had no reply!!!! The book was for my baby sons first Christmas. We are bitterly disappointed with this and the fact there has been zero response to my emails etc!!!!

Hi Chloe - I'm so sorry that no one has got back to you. Unfortunately, nothing had come through to our inbox. This may be because the email was sent in response to an automatic email, which doesn't come through to us. Had we known this hadn't arrived, we would have been able to send a replacement sooner, but I can see that now someone has been in touch via email to resolve this for you.

Bought a personalised book as a Christmas present for my nephews first Christmas in early November - in January it still hasn’t arrived.

Ordered a Christmas present before the delivery deadline day still haven't received it. Poor delivery and poor customer service wouldn't recommend 😠

I knew diary was softback, but disappointed in item and underestimated gsm. Feels what it is - Cheap and cheerful - item needs a more substantial cover. Hardback A5 Diaries are available for less than £5 on the high street - will buy there in future. Papier "Customisation" not worth >£15. Sorry - but will not be recommending

It came the day after it was supposed to, kind of pointless when it's a birthday card! And it had a little rip and mark on the front I was very upset

Editing tool is completely unreliable. Once we chose cards and size, colour and type of font and entered our own text we were not able to go to next step (choosing envelope) without whole text on the card being reset to default (our text erased), we tried saving design, after opening it, yet again it was coming up with default text. Wasted quite a lot of time trying to resolve this problem, even used two different computers, and internet browsers, still the same problem. I suppose, maybe you website needs looking into? Shame...

Firstly, the online design tool does not accurately represent what can be printed; emoji are permitted but they print as errors. Then the follow up team exhibited a level of thoughtless idiocy which resulted in corrected cards not being sent in time for Valentine's Day. My subsequent complaint has also been ignored. 100% crap from start to finish.

We're very sorry for the trouble you experienced with the emojis you added to a card Ingrid - this is something we're working on rectifying as a priority. Your email was already replied to, and a refund arranged for you.

The item was delivered 10 days late. It was not dispatched until much after the date I wanted, meaning the card was completely out of date and the recipient thought I hadn't sent a card. Very embarrassing.

Xmas cards promised by a certain date. I rushed and paid a fortune to get the cards done since they could do them in time only to have them not arrive and the company not even apologise but just offer me a refund. Won't be using them ever again. I think they must be a small outfit that is unable to meet customer requirements that are other than the simplest. Huge disappointment.

Really terrible print quality. Such a shame as I loved the look of the product just not the print quality!
