So disappointed was told two dates when my parcel would be arriving and then when I complained you sent an email back to say it would be arriving on the saturday and nothing has appeared was looking forward to getting them will not be using this company again

paid extra for delivery on a set day and arranged for someone to be in to collect delivery and chased at 3.30pm to be told that the delivery was not till next day. Disgusting that not told early in the day. Wont be using this company again.

Honestly I wish I could leave a zero star review. I spent hours putting together a beautiful book for my wedding anniversary which was a collection of my wedding photos. I was very excited for my order and when it arrived the cover was a picture of my husband and I, the inside was filled with someone else's pictures! I sent an email expressing how upset I was about this. I appreciate that Papier apologised for this and did offer a replacement but there was zero sincerity in the apology. This was my wedding photo album, hugely personal. I was appalled at being asked to send photos as proof for this printing error. Yes I will receive my refund in 5-7 working days but what about the time that I put in to create this? What about the disappointment felt opening up someone else's album. I accept that printing errors can happen but I appreciate a sincere apology and better resolve of an issue when you are printing peoples personal memories. "Design made personal" I think not.

I wouldn't even give this a one star. I spent ages designing and building my best friend's hen book, I approved the pages and not only were key pages missing but somehow extra white pages were added! The front cover was also scratched. I would not recommend.

DO NOT GET PHOTO BOOK FROM HERE. The photos were absolutely terrible quality. for £35 you'd expect glossy pages and high quality photos. If we'd have paid £10 for it, would have kept it, but instead had to post it back at our own postage cost. Don't make the same mistake

Poor and somewhat inept Placed order for two items for table numbers and place cards. Place cards had to be reprinted, sent table numbers twice, never managed to send place cards despite repeated contact with customer service. The order was for my wedding and they really couldn't get themselves together which ended up in me manually writing the cards the night before. Got a refund for the place cards for which they never actually managed to deliver which considering the stress wasn't good enough. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this experience. Maybe they had an off day but generally it was poor. Can't wait for the conciliatory reply which will make no difference...

Just tried to customise the £49 gift set. Very difficult. The first letter of each line was different to everything else & wouldn't amend. The notelets font was huge & wouldn't scale down. I am savvy with this kind of thing, spent quite a while, then gave up.

Our wedding guestbook arrived with an ugly QR code on the cover despite that not being mentioned in the listing or shown in the images, preview or reviews. Papier proceeded to send us 3 more copies of the guestbook still with the ugly code on the cover before finally telling us it was supposed to be there. Really unhappy having spent money and time on a guestbook I don’t want yo use.

Apparently I order a picture of my sons for my mum with huge numbers across the photo 😂 rather than just sending a new one without the numbers they insist I get my 84 year old house-bound mum to post it back to them in order to refund. I don’t want a refund. Just send a replacement... but no sadly that is not going to work for them. Disappointed in you.

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting weeks for my thank you cards for my wedding and they have been delayed and not sent out to me. I had no contact from the company. Trying to get an email address for someone to resolve the matter was like pulling teeth. Nice products but they take advantage of you with their delivery times and are complacent about their service. Product still hasn't been dispatched. I wouldn't mind if I had been kept up to date and proactively informed. It's getting embarrassing now.

All my pens bled through, the paper was so thin you could even see pencil through the pages! Me and my daughter were not impressed.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered an adorable planner about a month ago and still have not received my order. I have now gotten 3 or 4 different emails from papier, telling me that it will be postponed again to a new date. Once a week they contact me and tell me another later deliver date. This is ridiculous. Now I have purchased a planner and won’t even be able to use a month of it. I do not recommend this website, do not order your planners from here. Who knows if I will ever get it. I believe this website is a scam and I will NEVER purchase another thing from this website. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.

Terrible!! These people screwed up my custom order TWICE!!! This was supposed to be a one year anniversary gift for my wife (paper) and these guys totally botched it. First after I place my order they email me that they can't see my order and I need to completely re make my custom designs. You know how long that took me to get it right. So fine I have to re make the design they confirm my order and say it will arrive on the 8th. Two days after that when no one delivery comes I email them.... They email me back oh there is YET AGAIN another issue with my order and they couldn't make it. RIDICULOUS!! And I had to email them to fine out my order wasn't coming!! They were not proactive in any way to let me know my order was never coming. Then after this they want to offer me 20% off cha right!! BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM DON'T TRUST..... GO TO THE PAPER SOURCE INSTEAD must better products and guess what when you order from Paper Source your products actually arrive!!!

We ordered our invitations and when they arrived the RSVP cards and info sheets, although meant to be in the exact same colours and style as the invitations themselves, were all different shades and did not match the invitation as they were supposed to. In addition, even the background off white colour wasn't right and had streaks of orange in it. Clearly they had not been quality checked before being posted out to us by anyone. Papier then reprinted everything and sent the invitations back out to us. This time the font colour we had selected on the order was not the font colour used on the rsvp and info sheets and did not match the font colour of the invitation. In addition some of the rsvp were smudged with dark ink. Not impressed with the printing and quality checking at all.

Ordered some invitations for my wedding, my delivery had 30 envelopes short. When I wrote to them they told me where to buy more envelopes... not accepting the fact they had miscalculated my order and my envelopes.

It took an entire month to get a day planner. I was told the item was out of stock and would need to be shipped from the UK and would arrive in 5-6 days, which is totally fine. But I waited 2 weeks and received nothing. I then contacted customer service asking where it was. They simply sent me a tracking number. I found out at that point, my day planner had been sitting in a UPS shipping site because it had “the completely wrong address” on it and Papier never responded to UPS inquiries. I’m glad it was just a day planner and not wedding invitations.

I ordered a sample and they had a technical error on their side. I had to detail exactly what my order was in an email and it happened again. That probably should have stopped me ordering but we liked the wedding invitation design we chose so went ahead and ordered. I found the design interface awkward to use, it kept freezing. I had no communication from them since putting the order in. Having paid £5 for a specific day of delivery and not receiving the order I had to contact them. My order failed QC and will be redone from scratch then sent out. Terrible.

The quality is sooooo bad! The cover is ok, but the pages are outrageous bad! Photos are printed on the kind of paper you use to print documents. Some photos with bigger block of colours are of full of white spots. The colours are so dull! We are extremely disappointed!

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a small minimalistic book for a client... the quality was cheap and quite frankly I feel embarrassed to give it to them! I will not recommend you or use your service again.
