Failed to deliver. Paid £5 for Guaranteed delivery 2 days before my wife’s 40th birthday. A montage of our 3 yr old sons life to date. Failed to deliver and only when I chased why it hadn’t arrived I was told it would be delivered 3 days after her birthday! They didn’t even contact me. Wonderful. Won’t be using Papier again. If using them I recommend factoring in a week for them to actually get the item to you if it is for a birthday or event. Steve

I made an order for a beautiful personalised diary 10 January 2019. After 26 emails I finally recieved my diary today 3 May!!! The diary is beautiful, but the postal service they use is appalling!!!! As I urgently needed a diary I have since purchased another one when I realised I was not going to receive my diary ( I not sure if I ever receive a refund after I repeatedly said my diary was not delivered). Perhaps if I order a diary now for next year it may come in time for me to use it. Poor show Papier!!!! Denise O’Reilly

I will never order off this company again. I put my order in on Monday for 2 sets of personalised cards- I maid it really clear that it was for a birthday and a mothers day gift for this weekend. DPD delivered it to a completely different address- Papier have no idea where my order is. A complete mess up and I am so upset about it.

do not use this website!! i has tried for a whole week to get a technical issue on THERE side sorted only to be put through to a call centre in India who were supposed to ring me back but never did. I eventually got through and was told the problem lies with me wanting to upload photos from my phone!!! Are you joking!! Why give the option if you know the technical side doesnt work! i have made books for gifts before all using photos uploaded from my phone and these have been fab. Do yourself a favour and use a repuitable site that actually works...the discount code offered would never make me think about using them again.

Trying several times to get in touch with the company about several font issues. Still no response, other than a generic answer to say everything is fine?!! Poor service.

I ordered a photo book and now realise there is a reason they are 40% off always. The print quality is TERRIBLE. I would compare it to that of an old office printer or even photos you see in the evening tabloids. I added a couple extra pages so my cost was upwards of 90£. I don't even think I will keep the book and will seek another photo book site to remake this. So disappointing.

Order came late, damaged, and without the protective box I paid for. Now this is the third time I’ve tried to post a review, only to get an error message. Maybe that’s how they’ve maintained their good reviews. Don’t let the bad ones post.

Unfortunatly I first read all this review only after getting my wedding book. I ordered the wedding book by Papier because of very nice design but I am really disappointed about the printing quality of the book. It looks like printed with the regular (home) printer on the regular paper. All my high resolution photos look like made with old mobile phone. Totally different from online-project. Anyway I will order a new wedding book somewhere else.

Disappointed! The photo came out really dark on the baby cards I had ordered and the contrast is really poor. Everything looked fine on my on-screen design though. The lettering also came out lighter than expected. Given how expensive these cards are I was expecting something nicer and more faithful to the on-screen version I had designed!

Very disappointed with the diary, very poor quality just feels like an ordinary diary, only nice thing about it is that it can be personalised- but the downfall with that is that it can't be refunded :( not good value for money at all, I will be purchasing a rifle paper diary again, as they have better quality and much more attention to detail then Papier diary's, really just the same as sainsbury's which I could have bought for £3 instead... which is almost as much as I paid for just the delivery charge, feel ripped off!

I found the quality of these books very poor. My photos came out dark and blurry when the originals were bright and nice quality. I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered from Papier before Christmas and it came a whole week after the delivery date I was originally given. When I asked where my order was they said it was a busy time during the festive period which is understandable. I’ve now ordered from them a second time and my order is nowhere to be seen. This time I even paid the extra for the tracked delivery. Seems they have trouble delivering their items on time. The products are nice but not nice enough to want to go through the hassle of trying to actually receive your parcel.

planner (diary) USA binding is falling apart, you can open it without causing more damage, extremely disappointing CHEAP IN COMPARISON TO UK PRODUCT

The writing is so small and unclear that you cannot proof read your invitations. Even in the preview of the invitation you can barely see what you have written. I had to keep enlarging and resizing every time I wanted to edit something on the info card.
