My order was placed in good time for the card to arrive before my Godson's birthday, but it didn't! I'm very very disappointed. I will not be using you again.

I’m so sorry that your order arrived late - unfortunately, Royal Mail is untracked and they have since reported some Coronavirus-related disruption, which may have affected your order. I payed extra for my moms card to arrive on time for her birthday as I can’t see her and it still hasn’t arrived! Very disappointing.

I’m so sorry that there was a delay with your order - unfortunately, Royal Mail is an untracked service and has since reported some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices, which may have affected your order. Photobook quality is appalling and the previewer did not indicate images would be of poor quality. Asked for a refund and company refusing at every opportunity to pay for postage cost as indicating their system shows the correct quality of images. Really poor product really poor service won't be using them again and would not recommend if buying as a special gift. It is not special.

Hi Helen! I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with our services. As mentioned, we normally recommend uploading photos that appear in the original file as you would like them to in the print as sadly we do not edit cropping lines/marks off of photos in orders that are submitted. I bought 2 diaries from here, took weeks to arrive and customer service kept ignoring me when I asked for delivery updates. Once the diaries arrive, a '2020' diary arrived with NO dates, calendar is empty, months and weeks not put in so essentially I paid around £44 for plain notebooks. Also, bare in mind the sheets are thin like tissue which means you can see whats on the next page through the page before. I sent photos of the missing dates and months and they completely ignored me didn't even have the decency to apologise for their false advertisements. Don't waste your money. I've since seen so many websites doing incredible diaries for around £3 like Kikk-K and Wilkonsons.

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping for personalized stationary. The evening it was supposed to arrive, nothing showed up, so I emailed customer service to inquire about my order. Well, I never heard back from them. When I click on my order from my e-mail confirmation upon purchase, it says that it's in production. I will be calling my credit card company for a refund. It's really unacceptable that customer service can't even reply to email inquiries.

Pretty but not worth the amount it costs. There's nothing really special about the diaries - there's nothing that makes them particularly different than what you could buy in a discount store. I purchased a leather diary with gold foil printing - the foil printing was not the best quality. Probably wont bother purchasing from here again as it was quite disappointing and a bit of a waste of money

Horrible experience. My package got lost, customer service didn't help and I waited over 3 weeks to even get my tracking number. Not worth the $40 I spent on a notebook....

I will NOT be repurchasing this planner. First off it took me a whole month to receive it because they messed up the first printing, had no idea it messed up so I contacted them asking where it was and then they had to reprint it. When I got the replacement there was ink smears and dented pages. I informed customer service and they offered to reprint it again or give me a 50% refund.... yeah no. So I have to wait another month or keep a ruined one for half the price? Super disappointed. I wanted to try out this planner because I wanted something less bulky. And while it is a nice size that can fit into a medium purse the layout of the pages make ZERO sense. They gather all the monthly layouts at the front of the planner and not before each individual week. So if you wanted to look at the full month you have to flip all the way to the beginning of the planner. They also should give the option to have the pages lined since they advertise this as a customizable planner. Also there is all these lines, doted, a blank pages in the back that really have no use and the paper is super thin so you can see what you wrote on the other side. So overall when both the customer service and the product don't get you what you promised its a pass for me.

My friend bought a personalized book and was given the option to send an email referral for $20 discount to friends to use papier.. I received this email from my friend to try papier with a $20 discount so I signed up, spent time creating a personalized calendar however the link for the discount does not work. I contacted Papier to help resolve the matter but they have been so unhelpful. Marine from papier and I have been back and forth over email for over a week now. She just keeps telling me that my friend hasn’t got an account with papier (even though I have sent her screenshots of his account email, and his order number for his last order) and brushes me off, offering no more help. It’s been terrible customer service as she never offers any help and I still can’t access this $20 discount that’s sitting in my emails! Giant waste of time and sneaky way to try get customers on board. I will continue to contact papier until my discount email is honored! It’s not about the money, it’s principal now.

This diary feels slightly half done. The cover feels tacky, the print of the marbled paper is pretty poor quality, it's almost slightly pixellated. The dotted paper on the inside is slightly wonky, there's no contents page or pocket in the back. I think this is a badly designed bullet journal and over priced for what it is. Won't be buying again and will be returning to Leuchtturm asap.

Product did not arrive on time before Christmas, after paying extra for special delivery. Trying to have it sent to an alternative address was a complete nightmare, and 3 weeks after initial order was placed the item still hasn’t been received. Poor customer service and terrible communication.

My order was taking so long to arrive I finally emailed to ask if it was backordered or something. They responded by canceling my order and I had to follow up to ask why. They then told me UPS had lost it, but were obviously never going to notify me proactively or reship the order. So I ended up waiting a month to never get my notebook. I was honestly shocked at how bad the service was!

My book is bound unevenly and the pages are so thin that you can see through to the next page. I paid $38 for a book with crooked pages and that my pens seeps through. I want a refund.. Waiting on a response for my refund. Will update

The planner is beautiful but the pages are see through, especially on the full month pages. When you write on the page it can also be seen through and just overall isn't appealing looking. Disappointed and wish I could return the item but cost of shipping is more expensive than the item itself!

Appalling service, unable to keep to their promise! Photo book of memories should have arrived on Christmas Eve. I was told late on the day this would not be the case. I was then told the book would arrive today. However no sign of parcel and no contact from Papier. Appalling!

As per the many many complaints about the poor customer service and extremely slow delivery times, I too did not receive my order in time for Christmas (even though the estimated delivery time was 19th-23rd Dec, I received it on the 27th Dec). However, the delivery was not the biggest disappointment! This was the really poor quality of the photo books. The photos came out dark and dull looking (the photos were of Disneyworld, how could you possibly manage to print these photos looking dark and gloomy!?). For the price I paid $240 for the 2 photobooks I would expect much much better quality. I should have brought the photobooks from officeworks as they would have looked much better, arrived on time and cost a fraction of what I paid for the Papier photobooks.

Ordered to photo books as gifts for Christmas. Neither came, even though I paid an extra £6 for postage. Not email saying it would not arrive. I had to chase. They closed phone line customer services down so could only email and got generic group responses. Still have no gifts. £40 wasted. Terrible customer service, Greedy company that took everyones money before Christmas. Will never use again.

I am a student with a part time job. I spent ALL my money on two books for my parents to mark the end of the decade as a xmas present ordered them in time with the most expensive delivery. It is now 12am on Xmas and they have not arrived. Couldn’t be more disappointed and I will NEVER order anything from this site again. Next time I’m going straight to Photobox, moon pig or literally any other company. There’s no way to see when it’s expected to arrive and the whole web-sight is unreliable.
