“Order before 20th December for Christmas delivery” what a lie, placed on the 19th December and paid £6 for tracked delivery, and the status of my order is still “in production” with no update from Papier on the delay. Very poor customer service.

Ordered online when it stated that would still get in time for Christmas. Supposed to be delivered today but instead saying estimated delivery 25th!! Hasn’t even reached DPD yet! Disappointed as it contains Christmas presents. Paid extra for tracked delivery too. Not impressed.

Paid for special delivery, no sign of package & no way of tracking it. I expect a refund & I now have family members without Christmas presents.

Paid for Special Delivery. Parcel should have arrived today but has not even been sent to DPD. Poor customer service. Terrible company to order from.

We are currently waiting for our delievry when it should have already arrived, we cannot get hold of anyone at Papier as their online helpdesk is OFFLINE and no one answers the phone or responds to social media. They clearly have just decided to ignore customers that have any issues. Awful experience!

Ordered a photoalbum, paid for first class delivery, it was supposed to come on 10th December. Spoke to customer service some time after who said they would redeliver tracked and still come in time for Christmas. I was told I couldn't receive the tracking details. On 23rd December I contacted them again and found it had never been put in the post! Customer Service are deceitful, and their processes reflect incompetency. Absolute rip off with pricing, and not been offered a suitable discount that I have requested to reflect the poor quality service.

Very poor customer service. They said they'd dispatched my wife's order for delivery on the 10 Dec but two days before Christmas they decide to inform us it hadn't even been printed!! DO NOT USE! Shambles...

Do not use - we paid for express delivery for 10 Dec. We're now at 23 Dec and the product hasn't even been posted yet! Their customer service agents are of no help at all, and are clearly unable to handle simple requests.

They said we'd receive our order by 10 December, and definitely before Christmas. It's now 23 Dec and even having paid for express delivery the product is yet to be dispatched. DO NOT USE!!

Would not recommend ordering with this company. I placed an order on 12/14 and paid additional shipping costs in order to receive the COMMUNICATED delivery date of 12/20. I received an email on 12/19 saying my order was sent but with an estimated delivery date of 12/26. When I contacted customer service, they said there was a “glitch in the dispatch email” and that my order wouldn’t be affected and I should receive my items by 12/24. Still frustrated as they had said “Buy now, receive by Dec 20”, NOT Dec 24, I emailed them again and I have not gotten a response. What’s the point of paying for expedited shipping if they can’t deliver on the timelines they are advertising? Super upset and so much stress/anxiety to find new gifts in order to have for Christmas. Never shopping with this company again.

Order was meant to come by 21st, now saying it will only come on the 27th. Having spent so much money on the product and shipping this is a joke, won’t now have a Christmas gift for my mum. Never would have ordered if I didn’t think it would have come in time for Christmas. Completely misleading and so disappointing.

Don’t pay for the early shipping cos it will be delayed anyway. I placed an order on 16th, expecting to get it by 20 as the advertising ‘buy now and get it on 20th’. It’s on 21st now and not an email from this company at all. What a wasting money for the early shipping. I can’t not leave any review for the photobook cos I got nothing to review :(

Not a pleasant experience, I placed an order on the 16th December as the shipping statements said “buy today, receive by the 19th/20th” it’s the 20th today and I received an email stating that it will be delivered on the 27th? Your shipping methods are lies and you expect customers to pay for a more expensive shipping method to be able to receive the product quicker, I paid for the faster shipping method hoping it would be delivered by today. Not really sure why you’d advertise these shipping time frames as they’re completely inaccurate. Spoke to customer support chat and all they said was Sorry? Wouldn’t recommend.

I put in my order on 12/6 it has been officially 14 days and my order has not even been out for delivery. I was LIED to by this company and the customer service is NOT helpful! I ordered something very special as a gift for my family. Due to the company's misleading advertisement of delivery time I am now going to come home for Christmas without the special gift. All your reviews are fake! Papier, trust me Karma will get you! All your fake reviews will not bring back the angry customers you have lied to.

All of the the ratings shown under merchant metrics for shipping and delivery and customer service are not accurate to my experience. My order was supposed to arrive by yesterday and when I called several times I finally got someone on the phone who said my order was actually shipping yesterday, was being send next day, and that I would have a tracking email shortly. None of that has happened. I have not received my order, I have no tracking information, and I can't get anyone by phone, live chat or email to help me. I would NOT order from this company again. The stress of not having these special gifts in time and the dealing with the complete lack of customer service is not worth it!!!

I’m so disappointed in the quality of the notebooks I order. The print is badly printed and fuzzy, and the paper quality is horrible! It’s like slick paper... and there is like no pages in the notebook and for them to be so expensive!!!! It doesn’t make sense. So expensive for so little and bad quality. Not purchasing again although they have cute designs. It’s not worth it. At all.

THESE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE TO HAVE SUCH HIGH RATINGS. STAY AWAY!!!!! Hello Papier, On 12/6/2019 I ordered a book a photo book from you. Before I ordered I made sure to double and tripled check the delivery estimate time which was between 12/18-12/20. I trusted you and ordered my item. AFTER the order I wanted to double confirm the delivery time because this gift is very important to me. So I chatted your customer support that seems to be ALWAYS offline no matter night or day. Two days later on 12/08/2019 10:30 GMT I received a response from Steph. I explained to her why I need the photo book to be delivered to me on time. SHE ASSURED ME that I would be receiving my order between 12/18-12/20. I can also send you the copy of the email if you need me to! But I was already promised the same date prior my purchase. 8 days go by which includes 5 business days I don’t have any update on my order. So I contact your customer support again thank and still have not heard back from them. Instead I received a notification that my order will arrive 12/20-12/24. THIS IS WHAT I WAS AFRAID of and that is why I double tripled checked the delivery time Before and After my purchase. I CAN NOT EXPECT TO HAVE A CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT I AM SUPPOSE TO WRAP AND TAKE TO MY FAMILY ON OR NEAR CHRISTMAS EVE ! I am Leaving the State on 12/22 to visit my family and I’m suppose to take this gift with me. I GUESS NOW I HAVE TO SAY “sorry your Christmas gift is still in the mail.” If I knew your company insufficient and hard to get hold of I would have never ever purchased such an important gift from you. I will never ever purchase from this company and will NOT recommend it to anyone else.!!!!

I ordered save the dates from Papier and paid for expedited shipping. Not only did they arrive 6 days late, but the printing on my envelopes were off center. Looks unprofessional. I've sent various emails with no response, there is no one available in the chat and of course no one is available on the phone. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend.

Our holiday cards were delayed by an apparent quality control issue. When they finally arrived, they have a template greeting to “the Jones family” printed on the back that I never added. Customer service is impossible to get in touch via phone and has been slow to answer emails. I’m not sure if we will be able to send out holiday cards at all or get our money back.
