Placed an order on 26th Dec - estimated arrival date was 1st - 2nd Jan. Contacted Papier when it did not arrive at expected time, only to be told it had not even been dispatched yet! Paid an additional £2.50 for express delivery (even though this should not have been charged to me!) STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER!

Wanted to send special personalised Christmas cards so I used the app to order and the cards arrived with no text. When I contacted Customer service they were slow to respond, when they did they implied it was my fault and perhaps I had forgotten to write any text! Luckily, the online account can show I had put the text in. Be very careful using the app as clearly there is a glitch.

Ordered Wednesday as “tracked delivery” guaranteed before Xmas. No email response, office not open today, live chat offline!!! Suspect i will be a disappointed customer. I hate companies with no business ethics

Despite promising delivery between 21-24 Dec, Papier now say my order won't arrive until after Christmas. Despite them promising a pre-Christmas delivery, they won't even spend £2.50 to upgrade the shipping to express delivery to keep that promise - or even give me the option to! It's also impossible to get in contact with them quickly, the phone line automatically cuts you off because it's permanently engaged and they "aim to respond to your email in 36-48 hours".

Hi Duncan, Thanks for your message! Apologies for any confusion caused - I can see that your order did still arrive in time for Christmas - the notice regarding orders NOT arriving for Christmas was just for customers who ordered too late :)

Despite placing my order 9 days ago I have still not received it. I have tried to contact the email support team but had no response and I have also called the helpline number which is predominantly engaged. The Livechat support is advertised as being staffed on Sundays, which is untrue. I am STILL waiting and cannot communicate with any member of staff. All the items I have ordered are Christmas presents. I am not impressed and feel very disinclined to use Papier again.

Appalling service - no contact regarding delay due to inadequate printing and broken machinery. Left in confusion and uncertain as to whether my product had been dispatched or was been delivered. Now left with a £20 personalised notebook that is too late to be gifted!! Very slow and disappointing customer service - was called the completely wrong name in response to my email. Definitely won't be buying or recommending in the future.

The whole ordering and delivery experience was fantastic. The diary however was so disappointing. I am almost too embarrassed to gift it at almost $40 plus postage it appears like a diary worth about $10. The idea is great. Production totally overpriced. Never again.

Have used these twice, first order came nicely wrapped in tissue and a box to avoid damage, the second came with spelling mistakes and in envelopes, so half the invited were frayed or bent. Not impressed at all. Will not use again.

arrived with no personalised sign with a massive blank space, Have ordered due to a bloggers recommendation. But massive disappointment is the customer service - level is poor, no one was actually to help me unless I contacted them directly The replacement I haven't receive yet - but if you will request another colour - be ready to pay 50% of the price for your replacement. Wouldn't recommend

I ordered a personalised sketchbook for my daughter which has just arrived. For the price of £10.99 I feel this is terrible value for money, it is worth £2 at the most. Complete rip off, would never use your company again or recommend you to anyone.

Extremely unimpressed with the quality of the photo albums. I decided to make a wedding photo album with our professional photos, so I wanted excellent quality, which is what i would have expected from Papier. Sadly I received a photo album that had thin pages, the hard covers with flimsy and you could see the glue on the inside. The print quality is dark & blurry. I feel that I have purchased my wedding album on recycled card or paper. Really unhappy with the amount of money that I paid. I've contacted for a full refund. Hoping for a fast response. Thanks,

BE AWARE! If you wish to use Papier be very aware of your print deadlines. What was initially said would take 5-7 working days turned in to 12 working days... For the delay in service, and numerous emails to try and work out what was going on, I was offered a kind offer of re-imbursed postage, however... this fee is free if your spend is over £45.00 and I spent significantly more than £45.00. I will not be recommending Papier to friends or family.

Very disappointing service in many ways - mainly that i have not received the personalized book i paid for! It was a special 1st birthday gift for my god daughter I had no gift to give her on her birthday because Papier either never sent it or sent it to the wrong address. No response to my emails, no communication, no tracking details, no answer to phone calls. One very delayed response received yesterday saying - sorry, we will resend - not good enough. Very poor service, would not recommend at all.

Hi Marie, I'm sorry for the confusion and disappointment with this order - unfortunately we had not received any phone calls or emails from you prior to the review you left, which we responded to within a few hours of the review being sent by yourself. Had we received any emails or calls from you prior to this, we would of course have helped out. With any parcel ordered with standard postage, there is no tracking number supplied - this would only be supplied if you were to place an order with tracked postage. When shipped, the wrong address was put on my tracking number, so I couldn't track it at all. Because of that I missed the delivery, and the invitations went back to Sydney. Go with another company at all costs. I used this company because I thought it would be easy and fuss-free, delivered to my door. Because of this company, my WEDDING cards went out late.

I ordered a personalised book for my daughter on the 4 November 2017 to get it in time for Christmas. it is now the 10 January 2018, and i have still not yet received the book as yet. Sorely disappointed.
