I have been a customer for over five years now and have historically been satisfied with the products and service at Papier. However, I have now placed two orders in the past six months that never arrived to me. I’ve been disappointed by the lack of customer service and the hassle of trying to get a refund for the items I never received. I’m afraid I would not recommend this site or company after my experience.

Can’t write a review until I receive the product that was ordered on 01/15/2024 and as of 02/04/2024 it still has not arrived - o as of right now their shipping time is not reliable on their promise

Hello my name is Holly and I have purchased 4 planners here in which all have been bad quality but very cute. Needless to say the past two experiences have made it so I will not be returning. My third planner fell apart so I reordered a new one anticipating that it would be for the current year as a normal person does. There was no clear indication that the planner was for 2023 and that information was hidden and deceiving. Contacted the team, offered no refund but store credit for a planner that I don’t want. Also tried to submit photos of the both of the faulty planners and it wouldn’t let me😭

Super disappointed that the journal I spent $40 on is actually pink instead of the cream shown in the photos... And the website did not post a written description, so the only way to know is to spend a good chunk of money on it first. No returns since this was personalized (un-personalized version for this design doesn't exist, so that was my only option). This will be my first and last order from Papier.

Stationery expensive and the envelopes are very poor quality and do not match. My journal/recipe book bundle is misprinted. The company is quick to explain their reasons for not making it right and leave a bad feeling for customer service. After having to email multiple photos to “ prove” my point- they still would not refund my dissatisfaction over the stationery. They credited the error of the misprinted journal but it took 4 different tries and different employees. Very disappointed in the company and will not be doing any further business.

Really bad quality, so disappointed after seeing all the good reviews. Paper is really thin so you can see the ink through the pages, my diary arrived and the first 50 pages were all stuck together and many of them ripped as I tried to separate them. Unfortunately I won't be buying again. Last year I bought a yearly agenda from Paperchase that was better quality...

Decided to try Papier because my go-to planner company has gotten to expensive. Unfortunately Papier was a let down. - the layout of the joy hardcover planner is so odd. Has me flipping through the whole planner to write stuff down for one month - the paper is way to thin, you can only write with a ball point pen for it to not bleed through. Even then you can still see the printed front on the page through the following page - the only element of this planner that I liked was that I was able to customize the cover I won't be purchasing again, I even tried to return it but given the customization I wasn't able to.

I’ve ordered my diary from Papier for the last 4 years. My order was late due to their supplier issue - these things happen and I was assured it would be sent to me 2 days later. I then did not receive it- emailed support and then was notified it had been dispatched after I sent the last email. I was then informed that my parcel was being sent back to Papier. I am moving to Singapore and asked if they could send it to Singapore. I was asked to cover the cost of this which I felt was unfair ( more than double the cost of uk shipping) as the failure of the order to arrive on time was due to the company. Overall poor service and would not recommended in case you run into an issue.

The new layout for the 2024 Planners is so disappointing. I'm in law school with multiple assignments/meetings/events every day during the week. With the old design, I had room to write them all down. Now, the area for each day is so much smaller, and I can't fit all that I need to have done. Meanwhile, half a page is wasted with empty space for the weekends. I have been using Papier for years, and I probably shouldn't be this upset about a planner, but it's just lame when you find a product you love and rely on and then it's changed for the worse. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD LAYOUT. I beg you, for my sanity.

We developed our refreshed 2024 planner due to customer feedback on our 2023 planners, asking for the inclusion of key dates to allow them to better plan and organise their weeks and months. We also made small formatting tweaks to give the planner a cleaner and less cluttered look. I had my shipment fufilled by FedEx instead of USPS. I paid extra for expedited shipping only to have it be sitting at the my local FedEx for 1 entire week. When I call FedEx, they are blaming Papier and vice versa. The shipment has been an entire nightmare and I'd like to have my shipping refunded because FedEx can't do that.

My book was a gift. It came in the wrong color with no gift card or note as to who gifted it to me. I contacted Papier only for them to tell me for security reasons they can’t tell me who sent it. It was their error in the first place. I now had to ask several relatives if they sent me, my gifted book. Very embarrassing! Papier did nothing about the wrong color book sent. Think twice about using this company.

I ordered a 2024 planner at the end of December, and have yet to recieve it,WEEKS LATER, in mid-January. Tracking is unavailable; the year is passing by rapidly, and I have NO PLANNER, thus making my review impossible.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Papier messed up my order which delayed us in getting our wedding invites out. It took them 3 days to come up with a resolution for what was a design issue on their end (the website image/proof I depicted something different than how it was designed/printed). They credited back what I had originally paid for the item, however, that did not cover the full cost of the product total for the redo (perhaps there was a discount when I ordered it). They were not able to redo it- I had to spend more of my time recreating the same item. THEN, they did not include a credit for expedited shipping - which I had originally paid for. So I now end up paying $45 more for my order due to their mistake, spending hours dealing with their unfortunate customer service team, and now feeling extremely unsettled by the fact that I wanted all of my wedding paper products to match and not trusting Papier to deliver. They did not offer a discount or any further credit for their mistake. I would not trust them when they say happiness guarantee. Please see the image of the proof and what I received below. The flower was designed to be in the middle of the invite, but their website showed it as depicted in the proof.

I really wanted to love Papier. But the planner I ordered is flimsy and the paper is see through. I can see the ink through the other side of the paper as well as the pen marks from me writing on my schedule. The color of the pages is also an off white color so if you make a mistake, you can white it out or it looks messy. It looks really pretty till you touch it and find out it’s really low quality.

My order should have arrived days ago and I have found out by a bot that it hasn't even been dispatched. I am now going to be nearly a whole month behind on a 2024 diary that may take another week or more to get here, because I can't get in contact with anyone to see what has happened to my order. Gutted after a rare treat for myself.

Placed an order at the start of Jan, didn't expect it to turn up for a few days. Sometime later I got in touch to find out what was going on, no response. Tried using the online chat, it said no operators available but it would create a ticket for me and send a confirmation. Didn't receive anything, got in touch again, repeat. Trumped up print on demand shop pretending to be French, bit of a joke really. These guys are just resellers, they don't produce anything themselves. It's an exercise in branding, buy elsewhere.

I'm so disappointed. Firstly my order took ages to arrive and only did eventually arrive after having to chase it up. Anyway my diary finally did arrive yesterday and I'm so disappointed with the quality, the paper is so thin you can see the writing quite clearly through the other side! What an absolute waste of almost £30. I treat myself every year to a lovely diary/planner this was my first and last Papier one.
