I ordered notecards, 50 of them, they sent them to me without the envelopes. They rectified the problem by sending me 20 envelopes. So now I’m stuck with 30 notecards with no envelopes. Oh, and the inside of the envelopes didn’t even match the notecards.. They exhibit zero attention to detail. Very very disappointed!

Very expensive + expensive shipping, site would not let me customize return address on envelopes - expected a high quality, but my stationary arrived faded, off center & poorly printed. I would not order again.

I’m usually really impressed with Papier items I’ve ordered but unfortunately this photo book disappointed me. For the high price I expected it to be flawless and great quality but the photos (which I uploaded that were high res) seem fuzzy and bad quality in the book. It’s an average book that I could have ordered elsewhere for less than half the price so I’d suggest others do so. I ordered this thinking it would be more special and better quality for a gift but sadly it wasn’t.

I purchased a 2024 planner for the year and after three weeks of using, the spine has detached from the cover. Horrible quality! The pages themselves are nice, thick paper, and I like the layout, but wouldn’t consider purchasing again and will be taking back any recommendations I had given to friends.

I had such high hopes for this planner, so I was very disappointed in the quality. It is so flimsy that the cover was already somewhat bent when I received it and the paper is so thin that even with a light pen, the ink bleeds through to the other side of the paper, making each new page already look horrible. Plus, with no tabs or organizing system or even a bookmark for the current week, I had to order separate organization tabs because otherwise it's completely impossible to find what page I'm on. I do not understand the hype at all. This was the most expensive planner I've purchased so I expected decent quality but it is by far the worst, most cheaply made planner I've ever had. Save yourself the money!

It sounds like our hardcover planner might be more suitable for your needs and the backing is sturdier as it has a ribbon to keep your place. Papier Customer Service Team

I ordered a customized hardcover note and I have to be honest, it's pretty disappointing. The color and layout met my expectations, and I actually like how it looks. However, I noticed that something was off when I first saw it, and it was the cover that was poorly made and folded. Also, the endpaper on both front and back is poorly cut and placed. If this was handmade by someone who just likes to make it for a hobby or something, I would probably accept it, but paying for this from a business is a different situation. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price I paid for.

Good: I feel the ink is smooth on your paper. Bad: I can see through the words from the other side of paper. I thought it should be a high quality paper because it is smooth and not that thin, but the ink can go through Layout is the biggest issue. I expect this for a while cuz planner is important to me. But I didn’t expect your layout was like putting all month grid together and then daily planner. I mean, does it make any sense? Why you not out the month calendar summary right before those daily planner notes? When it came to each month, I need to go to previous pages to find specific month?? Even it doesn’t make sense, and I have to start write the content from almost half of this notebook, it’s fine. The biggest issue is, if you doesn’t sell any spiral notebooks, you should know it is uncomfortable for users to write down stuff on left side compared to writing right side. Because the notebook can be flatter while writing on right side. But you layout Monday to Thursday on the left side, which is the harder writing half, I mean, who need to write more plans on weekends than weekdays?? People use planner for efficiency. No matter for course learning or work. It’s so annoying for me to see I have to stand the difficult writing experience on most of days in my week. And the easier writing half is basically blank.

I love the different options of prints for each planner and the free personalization. However, the layout is not efficient, and this makes it not worth the price. I’ve been using mine for the last two weeks, and it’s a hassle to flip through all the pages just to get to the overview of the month. I wish it had tabs included, or at least had the month in the beginning of each four week period. In addition, the cover of the paper back copies are not thick whatsoever. I’m constantly worried that the cover is going to bend, whereas the soft covers I would get from Marshall’s were difficult to bend. I don’t believe I will be purchasing again, or until they make some improvements.

Cover was printed offset, not center, and they say the binding counts as part of design. This is a terrible excuse and any designer will tell you so. I tried to reorder a coil binding and they are all sold out. Ridiculous.

I love the planner eve though the pages are thin. The layout of the planner is great. The 2 stars is for the $16 rollerball pen. While it is beautiful and heavy/expensive feeling, the ink skips and keeps skipping. It also has a scratchy feeling when you write. Ordering a pen elsewhere

I received a gift card for my birthday as I am known to live by my bullet journal. My bujo for 2024 arrived a few days early and I was delighted at how beautiful it is… only to be extremely disappointed with the paper quality. The paper is very thin and see through- half the weight of my very inexpensive bujo from local craft store and Amazon. I’m utterly bummed.

My experience was below average. I ordered two sets of note cards. One is satisfactory but the printing on the return envelope isn’t very good. I am extremely disappointed in the second set of notecards. My name at the top of the card is in such a small font it’s almost unreadable. My address was also left off. Shipping takes forever so if you’re in a rush choose a method other than economy.

Loved my pocket diary from last year so ordered a full sized one in the same design for this year, sadly the paper in the regular sized diary is so thin and see through. I love to use paint pens and markers to decorate and it's already leaked through to the next week you can even see regular biro right through, my 2023 diary didn't do this. I wouldn't recommend, I don't want to waste this one so will likely keep using it but definitely won't be returning next year. Look elsewhere if you're after quality paper!

Not a great experience. My personalised diary arrived with an error. In fairness, the customer service rep credited my account with a refund. However, it was too late for me to order a replacement as it would not have reached me in time to gift it. So I ordered an alternative (different recipient) and decided to gift as a Christmas present. I received notification that it had been returned to Papier??? No idea what happened. So I didn’t get the diary and I haven’t received a refund.

Silver inking from the monogram smudged on to cover as well as a small dent. Poor for the price. Shame as wonderful otherwise. Presentation box was a beautiful touch. Shame the actual diary finish let it down. Pages also fanatic
