I am disappointed in the annual planner I ordered from Papier. The paper quality is terrible. The layout is subpar. They don't include a bookmark to mark which week it is. If I could return I would. As it stands, I won't be ordering from them again.

The cover of the dairy is poorly printed showing pixelation. It looks very cheap which is a shame as I love the papier diary inside. It’s also scratched very easily and after 2 weeks into the year looks abit battered although it’s only been in my kitchen (hasn’t had a trip out yet in my bag or to the office) so I’m guessing it’s only going to get worse and probably wont withstand the year!

My samples I paid for and ordered twice were lost the first round and the ones I got were terrible qualityand not worth the money.

No issues with company per se but why mess with a great design for a Wellness Journal ??Will not be ordering from the company again as products no longer suit my needs.

For a $40 calendar I would have expected something higher. The paper you can see the writing through the other side, the edges aren't clean/cut to the same size, and the cover didn't look or feel high end. It could have been made at CVS

Planner for 2025 has poorer quality than the 2024 planner. My planner came with folded pages and lighter ink for some reason. I do not know if this was intentional. When asked for a refund, only 15% was refunded. No exchange for a new planner was offered.

Whilst still offering excellent product choice and ease of use, I've found my last few deliveries with Papier to be taking longer than they used to. Whilst within the delivery window suggested, my orders would previously arrive earlier in the window. If I can't expect delivery quickly, because my use of Papier tends to be because I've been disorganised, then I'm not sure I'd see the value in using the site in future.

Honstly, it too expensive for just a journal. The paper is just paper, nother special. I can see where Ive written on the page behind the current page I'm writing on. Took forever to ship, and forever to get here (I do understand that the time of shipping is based on the shipping company.) Also, the shipping is not free. Im paying $40+ on a journal the shipping should 100% be free. Yes, the journal cover that I chose is cute, and I will be keeping it, but I will not be buying anything else from Papier.

Order was very slow, when notelets arrived was very disappointed the print at the bottom is barely legible, so annoyed as these were a gift for my daughter.

My delivery, a gift for a friend, arrived with quality discrepancies. I reached out to the company with pictures of the product and recieved no follow-up. I will not be reccomending Papier to friends and will no longer be buying from them in the future.

Hardcover seem very high quality and nice! But the spiral, while priced sensibly the same, seems of much lesser quality and much more fragile.

While I enjoyed the concept of the planner and loved being able to add my vision board to the front and back covers, I’m not happy that almost all the tips of the pages came dirty!! Especially since it was considered custom and had to wait longer for it to arrive. I do have other Papier products purchased instore at Nordstrom that came in great quality. I would probably prefer to just pick up in person. Just thought it was neat to be able to customize the pictures to be my vision board so I ordered one from the Papier website this year.

In the past, (about 3 years ago) I ordered The Secret Garden Foiled journal for myself. I recently repurchased it, personalised, as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately the quality has diminished so significantly, it may have been a one-off, but the journal print was slanted, the gold-foiling that used to be really classy and delicate is now gaudy, raised and tinny. I was surprised and disappointed.

I was expected much better quality paper based on the reviews and the price. I’ve had $10 planners that have thicker paper. I also think it’s not clear when purchasing that the month overviews for the entire year come first then a monthly plan for the entire year then the weeks. I wish there was a way to customize the order and have it each month at a time. Overall I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again. The additional monthly planning pages and lack of quality paper are not worth the price.

I am a planner girlie and love papier and have used their planners for years. Slightly disappointed this year because the design I ordered (Italian summer) cover was pink instead of cream (what I wanted) as advertised (see photo). Papier told me that color variation is to be expected. I guess maybe I am particular but idk it just didn’t sit well with me because for the cost, I would like to receive the product as pictured (and not have to forgo a 15% refund because I customized it). :(

I bought a personalized planner with an art deco stylized front. The design is wonderful but the raised foil on the cover began to fall off after one day of use. I would not recommend.

This is not what I ordered. I ordered a personalized planner with three pictures of my grandson on the cover. Ordering was confusing because the ordering page had previous orders on it.
