The inside of the diary is a nice format with plenty of space. It is a shame the front cover is not made of a more hard wearing material.

Vastly overpriced for a paper, ring bound planner. I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Photographs are misleading.

Ordered three samples of save the dates for my wedding on August 13th, when it had been ten days I emailed and was told the order had been lost, so they reordered and I was told it would be there in three days. The order ended up coming on the 28th August. Considering it was only three samples, I’m worried that if I actually order the full set of save the dates, it will take months to arrive. It’s a shame because I love the design and would want the full set, just put off by how long it took to arrive.

I got the ACADEMIC EVERGREEN SPIRAL PLANNER design by THE MET. It is overpriced and let me tell you why: 1. The paper is thin, so unless you're planning on using strictly pencil (why bother just use a digital calendar at that point) your ink will bleed through making your planning hard to read on both sides of the paper adding to visual clutter and messy visuals. Not cute. 2. The months are all in one section, so if you need to look at the calendar for the month it's not at the beginning of the weekly sections, so you have to flip through at least a dozen pages to find your monthly view. Good luck scheduling things on the phone during the week whilst having to look through all the previous weeks and month pages to find your current month. There is no monthly section tab, either. 3. No tabs!!! This means you have to add your own or have the patience of a saint to schedule multiple appointments or refer to your agenda. The months (see above) are set at the beginning of the calendar in a section that's not tabbed!?!?! Your weekly views are also not tabed by month and this is a pain for anyone who is trying to schedule in advance. Honestly I've gotten the same results from calendars at discount stores for one quarter of the price I paid for this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I really liked the style of notecards but the border was uneven on the printed version. I contacted customer service and they sent me new cards, but they had the same issue of an uneven border. They don't look particularly professional and I'm not sure if I'll be able to use them--this has been a frustrating process. I imagine other notecard designs might be better, but I don't think this design should be offered if it can't be reliably produced.

It’s okay. The outside is cute but the paper is SUPER thin. You can see stuff you wrote from the other side and highlighters are an absolute no. Even the ones made for thin paged bibles. Kinda sucks since it’s an “academic” planner and many students have so many classes and assignments it’s helpful to be able color coordinate. Basic pen or pencil show through as well. Props cute cuteness but not very functional for a regular student

I have used Papier for years for the photo books, which are easy to put together and beautiful. I ordered a framed photo print for the first time recently, however, and it is of such poor quality that I am feeling like I’ve been massively ripped off. The print resolution is fine but it’s been squished into a frame too small so that there are ripples across the entire picture. The mounting board has been (messily) taped down and sealed at the back of the frame so I can’t even try to rectify things. It just looks rubbish. Really disappointing and a waste of money. What’s almost funny is the sticker at the back of the frame saying that this was hand framed by someone - yes, badly! Oh and just to round it off there was a chip on the front of the black frame.

I’m kind of disappointed that the foil on my new planner has already rubbed off with minimal use. The foil designs cost more but do not hold up at all. Wish I would’ve known this before I ordered it.

Overall I’m not thrilled with my photobook. While the personalisation process was very easy and made the book look excellent when it came I was disappointed. I thought the front cover would be a little more sturdy and thicker however it was slightly bashed. I found the photo quality when printed not great even though they looked good in the online tool. I would say you can get much cheaper photo books for a fraction of the cost! Customer service offered me a new book due to the damage around the corners but I don’t think I’d purchase from Papier again!

Recently purchased a 2024-2025 academic planner in the Italian Summer design and the paper quality and binding is not the same as previous Papier products I have received. The paper is thin and rough, so I am having issues with ink bleeding through, ink transfer, and indents. The ink transferring to be almost completely legible on the previous page is most frustrating. Customer service was kind and informed me that they cannot always source paper from the same place which I understand, and I did receive a discount on the order for not being completely happy with it. However, this has made me cautious to purchase products in the future as it seems quality cannot be guaranteed across orders.

The paper is pretty thin!! I can see all my pen on the other side. Got an agenda from you guys last year and LOVED IT. Otherwise it is very pretty.

Really disappointed with the quality of the spiral bound books. I personalised 3 books for 3 different peoples birthdays. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that the front cover was really flimsy (not very thick gsm) and felt almost just a bit thicker than the paper inside the book. Also the back cover of all 3 books is cream, as opposed to keeping the pattern or colour the same on the back design, this made the notebook look a bit cheap. Finally, there was a small QR code printed on the inside of the front cover which again to makes the book feel messy/less professional. The only positive was that the printing quality was good/accurate colours to what you see online. One of the books which arrived had a bent corner, which after emailing customer services, Papier did kindly replace for me. For £20 per notebook (spent £60 altogether) I expected much better quality. I wouldn't purchase these spiral bound books again, and think the hardbacks might be more value for money?
