I ordered a notebook for a friends birthday, delivered to her house. It arrived with another notebook with cuckoo bananas red elisabeth printed on the front. Luckily her name isn’t elisabeth.

Very disappointed with the size and quality of paper used. Expected the card to be made from shiny and thicker paper. The writing inside started write at top of card was no organisation of writing looked like a photo copy print of repeated writing terrible presentation inside and out! First time i used this company and probably the Last!

I ordered the medium photo album and it arrived with terrible print quality. Apparently the team only offer a 30% refund for printing errors so I would recommend going to another company unless you want your important pictures with a green tinge from printing.

Poor quality thin paper. Very large - not the size of a journal. Flimsy cover on the “notebook”. Save your money and go to a office supply store and get a spiral for $3. This would not hold up in a backpack for even a week. Definitely not durable for daily use. And unfortunately not returnable.

Received my planner and the color was not what was shown on screen. Customer service representative offered me a 15% refund for my dissatisfaction. What a joke! After I told him about the return policy he then said he'd offer a full refund however I was not refunded the full amount.

I will never order from Papier again. They were late and incorrect with my order multiple times causing a 20 day delay in my wedding save the dates. Unfortunately, their services are a waste of time as I never ended up with the correct product.

I ordered valentines card and chocolates on the six of Feb and meant to arrive on 8th. Today is Valentines day and my bf still didn't get his card!! Disappointed!!

I am still waiting to receive my order nearly 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it. I was told by Papier support that they were not able to offer any discount for this inconvenience, except refunding my shipping fee. This has been incredibly frustrating and has delayed my timeline of getting my cards to my wedding guests. I would not recommend using Papier.

I ordered a gift for a friend and was really disappointed. There was no stock or a print issue so it had to come from somewhere else. It took so long to arrive and was well after her birthday. All I got was my postage refunded which isn’t good enough.

I still haven't received my order. I am tracking with the Post Office. The USPS says it pre-shipment -shipping label created in Braintree, MA on Feb 1, 6:55 am. I am frustrated.

My package got delivered to a random pick up point. It was supposed to be a surprise gift. I was out of the country so couldn’t get it. I was extremely upset and disappoint and still haven’t received a refund

Unfortunately the personalised design came off centre, so I emailed to try and resolve the issue. I was advised in a polite way that essentially it was my fault as it looked like that in the preview. I pointer out the editing options are limited, I added my name and selected the option to center the design and if that's not centred the design, it's the fault of how the website and personalisation works. I was advised I could return the diary and order the same design again and correcting the centering issue, this would have cost me extra on return postage, plus postage on the reordering as they were only offering credit for the same design, not cost of postage or returns. I checked the website again and found that there was no way to have any of the text centered on this design, I tried a few different ways and brought this issue back via email again. The lady I emailed then tried to rectify the design herself and sent me a preview, and while it was an improvement, it still wasn't centred. I was then offered a 20% refund, which I finally accepted as the back and forth was getting frustrating and clearly they can't rectify the issue with centering text. Overall I felt like the whole issue was badly dealt with, from essentially telling me I was at fault for it being off centre, to expecting me to pay our for return postage and postage to reorder. Then being unable to rectify the issue when trying to fix it through their own staff. Honestly I don't think a 20% refund is all that good when they seem to specialise in personalised items. Had I been able to return the item for free and been offered a full refund I would have taken that option, but it seems ridiculous to pay to return a faulty item. I won't be using them again.
