I’m so disappointed in my order. You’d think at this price the cover would be sturdier. This cover will not last 12 months. I’ll go back to Happy Planner. Also the calendar reminders are inappropriate. This was a total waste of money, across the board.

Never received my order for the wedding - the replacement order also never arrived. Neither Royal Mail or DPD ever received the items from the printer which they showed proof off. Clearly they take the money and don’t produce the goods. Offered £30 compensation the day of the wedding by which time it was so late to get a replacement we had to make do with items we found on amazon which weren’t matching or personalised. No phone number to discuss the situation with - only an email - terrible customer service.

I ordered a personalized book for my last child to write notes about his milestones and have as a special keepsake for him. It was such a lovely book. However when I went to order one for my next child I was really disappointed to see that the company had put their logo right on the front cover. I didn’t know what to do as I didn’t want my baby’s keepsake book to have a company logo on the front cover underneath his name and birthdate. I finally realized if I went into my last order (which didn’t have the logo on the front cover) I should be able to order a new book through there without the logo. My book arrived this morning and it’s beautiful.. however I was so disappointed to see the company’s logo right in the middle of the front cover underneath my son’s name and birthdate. It totally ruins what is supposed to be a special keepsake. A company logo should be on the back cover not on a prominent place on a special book and the logo wasn’t in my proof so shouldn’t be there in the first place.

I paid for express shipping and it was delivered >1 week later. Information on the website was misleading and customer support over WhatsApp was not helpful. Look elsewhere if buying as a present on a tight deadline as you may end up empty-handed as I did.

Shipping and timely manner of product was great. However every page had"add comment or delete" on it. When putting comments it does not delete this and defaults to every page. EXTREMELY frustratring as it was a gift.

All writing was different size. Barely even able to see any of it. Then some of it was fine. When I look back it all looked the same size.

Would not recommend, the notebook was really cheap and flimsy. When I complained, it took days to agree a refund and when I then ordered a replacement with expedited shipping, it failed to arrive and they didn’t care and said it was an issue with the delivery company and they couldn’t help. Much better stationery providers out there for the same price.

My delivery was apparently damaged in transit. I received no updates about this, and after a few weeks had passed since I placed the order, I had to track the package to learn that it had been returned to sender due to damage. Papier did not contact me to provide any updates on this. So I still don't know if I will actually receive my order, or when that might happen. I hope and trust I will eventually receive this order, but since you asked...I guess you should know...you asked for feedback before I received the package and before I received any communication from Papier about the delay in the order. Not terrific customer service, but I trust it will work out in the end.

Won’t be using Papier again, not only did I pay for special delivery and it arrived 8 days late (postage proves it didn’t go out when it said so). When the card arrived it was ruined, all bent and creased across the images. I’ve had no reply from Papier so would urge others to avoid.

Paper and envelopes delivered to my mail box. But was a big package & much was left hanging out of mail box on a day it rained. Package got very wet & envelopes and cards all damaged. Customer service very difficult to work with & I gave up trying to get a replacement. Just not worth my time and effort. I strongly recommend never buying anything from Papier!

Papier lost my wedding invitations, and have refused to take any responsibility. I ordered express delivery for my invitations so that they arrive on time. The invitations were "lost" in the post, with Papier blaming the couriers at DPD for the mixup. They have told me that it is "human error," which is the last thing anyone who has had their wedding invitations lost in the mail wants to hear. They have prioritised sending me a new batch of invitations but that will take another week, which is simply too late for us. This is really appalling service. I strongly urge anyone shopping around for wedding invitations NOT to work with Papier as I'd genuinely hate for this to happen to anyone else. It has been incredibly stressful, and simply not worth the anguish we have experienced in dealing with customer service and trying to figure out what happened to our parcel. It's such a shame as I've always been such a supporter of Papier and its products. I can't believe they let me down for my wedding in such a colossal way.

Disappointed by the print quality. Ink saturation was low with the border turning out grey rather than black in some areas. Printed as if I did this at home with a low ink cartridge.
