I finally invested a lot of money into a planner thinking that it would be of very good quality, however that was not my experience. I really wished to return it but because I already started school and the planner took forever to arrive, I will have to keep it or invest in another planner later on. The cover of my planner honestly feels like paper and could easily bend which is not my ideal planner.

Purchased a diary as it was advertised as having 100 GSM paper - I use a fountain pen and a better quality paper prevents feathering and bleed through. NO way is this paper 100 GSM. I think it's probably 60 to 80 at best. Ridiculous.

I bought the Joy personalised academic diary last year and I was very pleased with it. I wanted to buy the same one, and personalise it the same way, but the design has changed and you can no longer edit the bottom text. It already says Papier in the back, so really there was no need for it. I was about to buy a new one for myself, and one for a friend. Unfortunately, this design change is a deal breaker for me and will now look in other brands.

I ordered a photo book for an 80th birthday. The quality of the book was poor, the photos were pixelated and there was a dent and black smudge on the front of the book. Insultingly I was offered 20% off instead of a refund. I will not be shopping on Papier again.

I was a repeat customer and reordered the same exact planner from the year before. What they don’t tell you is that there are no longer two ribbons as placeholders/bookmarks in this planner. Unsure if this is just this planner or a change to all planners. They are still using photos that show two ribbons. To some this may not affect the outcome at all but for someone with a disability who purchased the planner specifically because of this, it’s rather disappointing. And turns out I couldn’t get a refund because I barely started using it and I ordered it ahead of time to prepare for my other planner running out. Just so disappointed that they would make a change and have photos that market the two ribbons still, so confusing for customers.

I placed an order for 2 journals and a planner. The hard cover journals were fine - cute covers and decent quality if a bit pricey. The spiral soft cover planner arrived damaged due to the very poor quality of the soft cover. When I emailed and noted this (with pictures) and asked to replace it with a hard cover version as the issue was in the quality of the actual soft cover, I was told I could either replace the poor quality item identically, or get 20% off a reorder in the hard cover. There was NO option for a refund on a damaged item of poor quality. With other, very high quality journal companies to choose from with much better customer service, I am mind boggled that they are unwilling to make the situation right. I will not be buying from them again. I do not feel valued as a customer.

What a nightmare. I have made many photobooks over the years and this is by far the most clunky. You can’t even edit your photos. I was advised that the photos need to fit before downloading them! How ridiculous. Gave up after 4 hours and used a reputable company.

There was no way to show who sent the gift or wish them a Happy whatever. I had to ask if the recipient got the journal because no shipping or delivery confirmation. Very poor. Won’t use again.

Super disappointed with Papier putting their logo beneath my personalization on their planner. I used a saved design and the proof did not show this. When I received my product, their logo was badly shoved beneath my personalization. It looks terrible. For my next planner, I’ll change brands.

I’m very disappointed that the special card i designed and ordered arrived after the event- my daughter’s wedding!!! Its expected delivery date was 26 June in time for the wedding inn 29th June. It didn’t arrive till 1st JULY!!!! The photo book was of good quality although some photos were blurry- something that most digital photo book companies alert you to when you upload the photo. Not sure why Papier doesn’t have this filter alert? I would appreciate a full refund for this very poor service. This would restore my confidence in your company. Thanks.

Poor quality, not worth what I paid. I got the mid-year spiral bound Diary. The paper is so thin you can see whatever is on the other side with ease. The cover is a thin cheap plastic material with streaks on the block colour where it's been poorly printed. The cover colour is also not as vibrant as it shows on the website. I spent £25 on this I think it's more worth £10.

I’ve been trying to enjoy my Papier pen for over a year. None of the Papier pen refills work. NOT ONE. I ordered two packs when I ordered my pen (6 total ink refills) - some write about a paragraph’s worth of text and then start drying out, and some only write whispers of ink as though they’re at the end of their life already. The pen itself is lovely. I’ve ordered ink refills from another company to fill the Papier pen. Would NOT recommend the ink refills, thus can’t recommend the Papier pen since my whole reason for buying the pen was to use ink refills.
