“Smells fantastic, tastes really good. My only problem is stopping it floating up the sides of the filter so the water runs past not through it. Think I'll have to use a cafetiere.”

“Great coffee and a really simple and honest website. I don’t get spam emails as I opted out and they respect that. The beans are quickly delivered and easy to track. Sadly the best coffee they offer is a little too pricey for me but I’ve gone for the middle plan and it’s still delicious!”

“Very nice tasting coffee with a smooth aroma with a noticeable difference to your standard bagged supermarket brews. My small concern was it was ground too fine to be used on my espresso pump machine. Needless to say I can still use it in my stovetop espresso maker.”

“As far as pre-ground coffee goes, Pact is fantastic. It's noticeably fresher than anything you'll find in a supermarket and way more convenient (and varied) than buying from your local coffee shop.”

We are working on biodegradable packaging in future, but in the meantime, coffee packaging can be recycled by cutting out the plastic valve for plastic recycling and the remaining bag in combination where Tetrapak is accepted. “Service is swift and easy - arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Subscription is flexible and the coffee itself is delicious! My only tiny niggle is that I thought the free filter cup was ceramic not plastic - be much better if it was! 😬”

Unfortunately these do retail at a higher price point, so we wouldn't be able to offer this as a free incentive, and this would also increase postage costs due to the fragility of the item. “Love the easy way to make fresh filtered coffee without needing a huge machine. The V60 is so easy to use, strong and sturdy for arthritic hands to hold, easy to clean. The coffee is just fantabulous.”

“I'm really enjoying the taste of my espresso brew. I'd like a bit more clarity on whether the filters and packs are recyclable. Also, towards the end of my packet the seal stopped working which was a little disappointing.”

“Very nice coffee, good to have it delivered every now and then so I have a constant supply! I find the plan page a little confusing, would be good to have a simpler process somehow, or use an app. Other than that, very good! Love my V60”

“Hi there. I really like the service so far. But some things I hope you'd consider. Pros LOVE that you make clear which type of coffee (i.e. fine, coarse, etc) goes with what type of maker. As I have several and never remember which is which! Being able to switch from decaf (and frankly just to have decent decaf options) and regular is amazing. I really like the 3 tier regular, more specialized plans. I like to keep things simple, but others I imagine are more adventurous and experimental. Cons The big one for me: please, please reduce paper waste. Each delivery I get I just feel: uh, what a waste you're making me throw out. I'm sure a lot of people have a conscience about this. I buy Huel as well, as it's a good feeling to know the amount of waste you're saying / what waste you are making is fully recyclable - is a really good feeling. Tap into this! I implore you. :)”
