“Great coffee, excellent customer service, but I've had a few problems getting the pods to engage properly with the machine, meaning I've wasted a few. I seem to have resolved the issue myself by piercing the foil slightly before putting the pod in the machine. I prefer the stronger options too, but all taste really good.”

“I really like the idea of pact. I love that someone has taken the time to get to know the growers and give them a fair wage for their efforts in growing coffee beans. I love that it fits through the letterbox so I don't need to be at home for my delivery. The coffee is lovely, it is so different to supermarket coffee, the different flavours fill my mouth, lovely to have fresh coffee that has just been ground before delivery.”

“My free V60 is a real treat. But I'm not so keen on the house coffee I bought. Much to bitter for my liking. The service was excellent. But I can't give a "very good" rating given my dislike of the coffee. I'm sure other varieties are good, so that's a shame.”

“Great tasting coffee and really convenient. However I can get just as good coffee from my local coffee shop for half the price, so it’s a little on the pricey side. Not an issue for most, but we are on a budget 😊”

“I love the quality of the coffee but it doesn't feel like you get enough for the amount that you're paying. Me and my partner drink 1 coffee a day each. Sometimes two on weekends and we already ran out of coffee in our first month which is a shame because I gauged how much we'd need off the recommendation on the site, so potentially need just a little bit more in the bag to make the subscription really worth while.”

“Excellent coffee, some of the best i've ever tasted. Just wish it was a bit cheaper so i could justify keeping the subscription rolling - can't help feeling that letterbox friendly packaging would keep the postage cost down and i hope they hit scale that brings 1kg of decent beans down to the £20-30 mark delivered.”

Hi Stephen, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! Whilst we do appreciate that we are not the cheapest, we are proud to be working directly with farmers and paying them a fair wage. Unfortunately, if we did provide 1kg bags of coffee for home customers, these would not be letterbox friendly and would have the additional inconvenience of being collected from the Post Office, which we would not want. “I've been drinking Pact coffee for a number of years now and i've been impressed in the variety that has been on offer, the grind is always consistent wether I choose espresso or v60 filter. There is nothing quite like fresh coffee delivered to your door and with a company incentive it makes it even more worth while with the discount. I'm a big fan.”
