I haven’t tried it yet but I mean to have one soon and if I like it I’ll post a review on Facebook for all of my friends but if I have a subscription to it please cancel it for as I can’t afford it right now!

It`s ok for a daily coffee, quite nice, but I would not be able to distinguish this brand from say a popular store variety . Perhaps I need to try something else.

The 1st coffee I had from you was not too bad but the 2nd one was very poor and i have now stopped any more coming and closed my account sorry.

Really good service and prompt and thorough responses. In terms of the coffee I couldn't find anything in my price range that was roasted dark or butter enough for my taste. But don't let that put you off as great range of coffees and great service

Hello Sam, More than happy to help regarding the strength of our coffee! On the supermarket scale of strength, most of our coffees would be classed as either 2 or 3. This is because supermarket coffee is often roasted extremely dark so that you pick up lots of bold and smoky flavours from the roast, ours is roasted a little more lightly to bring out those natural flavours from the bean! To make a stronger coffee, all you need to do is add a little more ground coffee per cup - do check our Brew Guides on our website [here](https://www.pactcoffee.com/brew-guides) for tips! The exceptions are the espresso blends we offer, which would be a 4 or a 5 on that roast scale, making that a really good option for people who like a darker roast. Our permanent espresso blends are the Fruit and Nut Espresso blend and Bourbon Cream Espresso. Love the coffee just wish the packing were better - vacuum sealed bags arrived with considerable amount of coffee above the self-seal so it’s either lost on opening or clogs the self-seal which then doesn’t work.

Very efficient service and good communication about my orders. My only quibble is that when trying different beans as part of a regular plan, a 250g packet isn't that much when allowing for dialling-in the machine to the new beans. Some of the beans I have had have been far easier to dial-in than others, and there is also some variability from batch to batch of the same beans. Granted, some of this is due to me being new to home barista coffee making, but I'd expect greater consistency.

Nice enough coffee, but nothing special and not worth the price. Especially now they are increasing it by £1 per bag. Will be cancelling my subscription.

We'd be more than happy to discuss brewing tips and techniques with you incase there's anything we can do to help! We fully appreciate the price increase is disappointing news to some of our Customers, but we remain steadfast in our commitment to paying farmers the premium prices they deserve for producing speciality coffee. Because the farmers have less coffee to sell, the end result is most farmers earning far less than usual. For this reason, we will need to increase our prices on a small scale in the coming months, and this isn't something we can avoid or delay any further. Unfortunately, in the last year coffee growing countries have experienced unexpected weather conditions, and this has had a huge impact on the growing and production of coffee. If you’d like to read more, please see our Blog post here. Finally, we wanted to highlight that delivery will continue to be free. We hope this helps explain further, and hope to see you at some point in the future!

Hi Tim, We're delighted to hear you've enjoyed the service so far, and we just wanted to explain a little bit further about why our coffee is priced the way it is. We hope that the quality of the coffee speaks for itself - the cost per bag of our coffee comes from its specialty-grade quality, the care taken in roasting and processing it, and the care taken by the farmers to produce this fantastic crop! Every bag of coffee delivered to your door goes to ensuring that the farmers get a great wage for their work, from House coffee through to Micro-lot. I thought I'd also take this opportunity to explain why we charge the price we do. Unlike supermarkets who buy commodity coffee, we buy speciality coffee via Direct Trade with our suppliers. We guarantee farmers at least 25% above the Fairtrade price for their coffee and last year we paid 51% more. We hope that by giving farmers a decent price for their beans, they can be paid their worth and reinvest into their farms and community. We really do see this make an impact, and so with each coffee you receive, we let you know what difference Pact has made to the people who grew the coffee. As a result of this, and us delivering fresh coffee to your door at your convenience, we appreciate it's a bit more pricey than supermarket coffee, but we think the difference speaks for itself!

Good service, fairly good range of products. Coffee not always as good as you'd hoped - Zaroca very burnt in taste.

Coffee was great some more than others, but the never explained when they send you the V60 and subscribe that you then had to pay for the filters once they ran out and that they aren’t part of the subscription, very disappointed in the customer service when this was discussed also, was told to send them back if I wanted a refund with no sympathy at the fact it’s not written anywhere that you had to pay extra for them

As a person that likes strong flavoured coffee [Strength upper 3 to 5] To date the coffees that I have received and tried have been above average for flavour but the strength have been lacking in strength [been about upper 1 to middle 2]. As I have only to date had 2 deliveries and the sample packs that come with my original order, I am hoping that the strength will improve.

I would recommend choosing anything that is dark roast or some of our espresso roasts, which will be closer to the 3 to 5 scaling you find on supermarket coffee. The espresso roast can be brewed in a variety of ways and is not only for espresso machines! Your customer service would be 5 star, no issues, it is proactive and great. My first lot of coffee was mega unimpressive. Quite bland and weak. I had to use so many scoops to even get a brew that had any flavour. My next delivery has just arrived, and I will see if that coffee is better, if not, I shall cancel. Thanks for asking.

Service and concept very good. The first bag of coffee I received was excellent. I would have had the same one again vit it was no longer available. The second bag I received came out very weak and tasteless and none of the other coffee available sounded like what I want to drink so I ended my subscription.

Coffee you’re brought from you I was meant to have different types of flavours are Bourban and cream And it just tasted like a normal coffee no flavours at all
