I was sent an e-mail gift voucher but it must have gone to spam, so I wasn't aware of it. My friend asked me (after 1 year) if had enjoyed it, and was going to send me another. I contacted customer services and they re-sent the same code but it had expired by a couple of weeks. Pact wouldn't honour it or provide a new one. Pity, as I probably would have signed up for a recurring order.

Unfortunately all our gift vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. We've been having Pact coffee delivered to our door for a year or so. Never a bad cup, and sometimes some brilliant cups ! There is sufficient range to cater for most tastes. We actually quite enjoy the slight variation of the same bean with a different roaster - it would be great to feed that back sometimes :-)

Terrific quality at a good price. I've been a customer of Pact Coffee for getting on for 10 years now, and they've never let me down - even got me a delivery when I was banged up in hospital!

We've ordered Pact coffee advent calendar in 2022 (ground) and this was such a wonderful experinece! Every morning we woke up and opened a new coffee and read a story behind it and it made us to better connect with the whole process from growing to our cups. Great variety, quality and design! I would gladly pay even more than £30 as it's totally worth the experience. What can I say? We started 2023 with Pact subscription :)

Awful customer services and left ringing on the phone despite it being "open". They wouldn't change a mistake on my order.

The coffee is disgusting for starters and I’ve tried cancelling this payment for over a month now and some how they are still charging me subscription when I’ve cancelled it

Subscribed with a 50% discount on my first two deliveries, checking my account retrospectively that was only ever removed off of one delivery. In addition my 3rd delivery never arrived. The coffee was good but Pact failed to deliver on the premise of a subscription. Would avoid and go with one of the many other subscription coffee providers (Coaltown Coffee).

Pact is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Every single delivery has been missed entirely or over 2 weeks late, and when I emailed asking where they are, all they have to tell me is that the majority of customers get their coffee within 5 days, as if that is helpful to me. Even when they send out replacement coffee to make up for what's gone missing, they can't even get that right because the replacements don't turn up either (of course they charge my account though). Absolute joke of a company, avoid!

Really quick delivery in letter-box friendly packaging as stated. I'm trying the House Blend coffee for now to test the waters but I've had no problems with the beans so far. I love the fact that I can customise my plan and drink great coffee at such economical prices

Service seems to be great, their coffee however not that much. We went down the premium single origin route, our first order was a light roast which was very far from light. We drink filter and have it black. It was not what we expected and cancelled the subscription straight away.

Couldn't use it in my expresso machine the ground was too small the water didn't pass throw it. Consider buying a medium grind.

I ordered my coffee on Thursday night and today is Monday and I didn’t get my coffee which was 1 day delivery. I would not buy anymore from pact coffee. I didn’t know for one coffee i had to wait that long and I would prefer to buy normal coffee which is not take that long

Only had one packet so far - loved the tasting notes available and the v60, great addition to my morning routine. My only criticism is that it would be great to have a reusable coffee filter!

I’ve only had 1 batch of coffee since I joined. The 2nd batch was supposed to be sent on 15th April but I still haven’t received it (27th). The payment for the 2nd batch was taken on the 16th. I’ve been without coffee for over a week and am now going to buy it from a supermarket. Unlikely that I will continue my membership

So I haven't used Pact for a while. I log on, put something in my basket and go to pay. Old CARD has expired, so I try and update it. The site tells me "Card is already used by a Customer", well I typed in my details carefully, so perhaps that is me? But that is not the card that is displayed? So I have the red warning message (above), but doesn't allow me to proceed, or play the game of typing in my card details several times over and going mad. No wonder you lose customers when a simple wham-bam-transaction goes wrong and gets all complicated ... I just wanted to buy some coffee. Simple - buy coffee, put in basket, go to pay. Can you please get a systemt that works please?

We are absolutely delighted with this product. Infact we have told our friends about. You guys are on a winning wicket here and we are look so forward to the next flavour. I dont mind that I forggot use my promotion code at the check out. We thinking of getting another filter stand for when we have more than a couple of friends around. Me and my partner are huge coffee lovers, after seeing the Pact ads lots we decided to give it ago, and we are so glad we did! We picked a medium roast and it is delicious! Tastes just like a barrista coffee but not as expensive, and we get to feel posh for making it at home! Its the perfect little treat at weekends when our 1.5yr old gets us up at 6am :).
