“Really good coffee. Maybe a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Really like the info you get on individual growers.”

“I tried the Asomuprisma medium grind with which Pact send me a handy V60 filter. Placed the order with some apprehension as this was the first time I ordered coffee online, but it turned out to be excellent. The Coffee itself was like a dream, really full bodied and round and candy sweet. while I usually like more nutty tones, this one had a candied fruity aftertaste to go with the slightly moreish dark chocolate body. Removing one star for I feel this is still quite expensive. I get similar and often better ones at lower prices from Monmouth.”

“Great coffee,good variety of coffees,fast delivery,some coffees are a little bit expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.The micro lot coffees are the best I’ve tasted but a little expensive.”

“Well-thought concept. Love how I have an impact on the local coffee producers' life, by just enjoying a tasty coffee. However, I would really appreciate if they can send small samples of the different types of coffees so that I'll be buying the one that I like the most-it's a shame that it comes in a big bag and I have to finish it even when I don't really like the taste”

“Only area I would raise is it would be nice to have a choice in the amount of coffee you could receive i.e. 250g/500g/1kg etc. However I get that this might need additional payment plans tiers. Overall excellent coffee, keep it coming.”

“The flavour of the pods is great, however they can sometimes be overfilled meaning they are very slow to work in the Nespresso machines, other than that I have no problems! :)”

“Company and service is great, was not sure about the coffee.. I've only tried one coffee so far (Asomuprisma) but wasn't impressed with it using the v60 drip method but tried it in the espresso machine (not the correct grind) and it tasted so much better. My coffee normally is from Dusty Ape and as soon as you open the delivery you are greeted by a delicious relaxing aroma, I didn't get this when I opened the packet, the good news is it tasted ok.”

“It was given to me as present. The coffee is very tasty and a better blend than I have been buying. The concept is very good. The customer service is very prompt and helpful. The only problem I have had is the website which has very faint print at different stages and is difficult to read.”

“Really enjoy the coffee from pact. We were given this as a gift and have continued ordering. I think some feedback on which coffees we enjoy to tailor the experience from a customer experience would be good but for now the best that we can get.”

“I like the whole ethos of the company very much - which is why I'm a customer. One confusing thing I've found is whether on each delivery of coffee I get the exact same one as last time. As a new customer I signed up to the house blend, assuming it was just going to be one blend every time. I've since had emails asking what I think of the one Ive been sent and that will help you know what to send me next time - will I get the same next time or by giving this feedback does it infer I get a different kind each time? This isn't an issue, in fact I prefer getting different kinds to try. But just something that's confused me.”
