“The coffee is really good full of flavour. I just think the prices are quite high.”

“I love pact coffee, it always smells and tastes great. I also love that they grind it the coffee to order. The only thing that could be improved is the price.”

“Great service, nice and easy. The only gripe is that coffees are not listed with a strength rating and as such it is taking me a while to find the right strength.”

“Fast delivery, good quality coffee. I would personally prefer a lighter roast next time, I found it a bit too tangy and bitter. However the finish was amazing This wasn't down to the quality of the coffee itself however , it's just down to my personal preference. Looking forward to try different variation over the months.”

“I like how the cater it to your tastes and what you're looking for. You can have it as often as you want. Its not too expensive either considering I go to local and tea shop to buy monthly coffee as well and its around the same price. I'd recommend it.”

“I so far have enjoyed the ease of ordering and the service received however I am a bit concerned to the amount f emails i receive from different people from the same company I am fairly new to Pact and my wife is yet to enjoy her coffee once her new kitchen is installed.”

“The coffee was very tasty and arrived quickly however, I was disappointed with the packaging. Large packets that are half empty, quite wasteful in my opinion and no indication as to whether they are recyclable or not.”

“Bought for me as a present, set up was easy and the ability to manage my deliveries with pre warnings is good... and I'm even enjoying the coffee! 🤣 Overall would have been a 5 but it’s a little expensive... however, for that it does tick a number of boxes for quality and sustainability etc.”

“Pact overall as a company is a very successful and a brilliant idea for trying new coffees and for a unique gift. I have only known of and used pact for a couple of months but I have experienced good customer service and some really nice coffees. I like that you can chose you shipping dates and your coffee under the select plan and overall I’m really impressed with pact. The only improvement I could possibly think of would to have more of a selection of coffees that aren’t all darker roasts”
