“Been using Pact Coffee for a few months now, and have decided to go with our previous company instead (The Coffee Collective Copenhagen), simply because we think their coffee is better and more varied. Setting up an account was easy, and delivery was very convenient, loved that it can be delivered through your letter plate. Thought the "My account" page on the website was less than user friendly, I had to google a bit to edit frequency and cancel the plan, but a quick google search solved it. Absolutely an OK coffee delivery service, but we prefer another.”

“The subscription service is great, i get a new pack every month and you can change your package whenever you want depending on your price. Would recommend. Only reason i gave a 4 star is i got the premium one and was a bit disappointed as i couldnt taste the peach sherbet notes asadvertised”

While we hope you're enjoying all the coffees you've had so far we are sorry that the flavour notes didn't shine through on your recent order. When it comes to flavour notes on the coffees, these are described by our Head of Coffee, Will, and is based on what he tastes - which will be quite different to your own palate! So although it's a good guide, what you taste is subjective to your own tastes and can be different to what Will has said. It also depends on how you brew it as practice makes perfect so after a few brewing attempts you might be able to bring out the flavours of the coffee a little more strongly. “Smells lovely when you open the packet for the first time, chocolate-y and inviting. It didn't really taste anything like that though. It took us a while to get the right amount into the filter paper,large scoop at first was too strong, then less and too much water was too weak and now we have got used to it and worked out the quantities we like it! I think it only makes one cup for one person. We were wondering whether to get another filter set so we can have a cup each. Can this coffee be put in a percolator too? Will order a new batch soon.”

Sorry to hear that it took a few tries to get the brew right for your taste - when brewing by hand it can take a few go's to work out what's best for your taste. The free Hario V60 kit you received with your first order can brew up to 4 cups of coffee - just pop it on top of a jug or decanter and brew away! This coffee can be used in a cafetiere although we would recommend a coarser grind for best results. “Great value if you can get a free coffee dripper and filters in the promotion. First coffee I had was very good, and the second not great despite the fact it was more expensive. I cancelled my membership, but would consider buying again if there were a deal on”
