“The water in my city is really hard, I used Brita filtered water jug and BWT filters in the past but I was never impressed by them. I bought the Osmio 2 months ago and I really like it! RO water with just the right amount of magnesium and calcium in it (very low), without having to install anything, what more can you ask?? I'm using this for my coffee machines, to make tea and just drink delicious water everyday. We're 2 at home and I just need to refill the water tank every night (I'm working at home currently so I use it more, it could probably be enough for 2 days otherwise). The support is really great, if you have a problem, they really want to help you. One thing that could improve is the temperature of the water coming out, usually it's more 90⁰ even on the 100⁰ setting but that's not a real problem, I still can fill another kettle if I need my water to be hotter. Another thing : don't try to take the stickers off, they will leave a mark and you will have to change the whole cover (which is fairly easy to do following their tutorial video). Overall, I love this device and I really hope that it will last me a long time, well done Osmio!”
