“Great product, water is pure around 20 tds after removed the mineral filter. Huge difference in taste and purity from 330 to 20 tds , highly recommend”

“Very quick service, unit was well packaged and came with thread tape and a cutter to make the job easier. Only criticism is that there was not quick guide to aid installation. Made things take a bit longer than it could have done. I did have internet connection on this occasion but I fit treatment in the remotest parts of the country. Very happy otherwise.”

“To soon to comment on benefits of hydrogenation process. Build quality is of a excellent level. Very handy to travel with you. Gave this 4 stars as would be great with a car charger to make it truly portable, otherwise a 5 star product.”

Hi Caroline, I checked the tracking with Parcelforce and it says its awaiting your collection from a local post office. It has been since 20th at Church Lane SPSO. "Our driver has taken your parcel to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect. The card left by our driver will give the details of the Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the parcel.

“It was easy to deal with the purchase and was delivered fast. The unit is larger than I expected but will fit under sink with no issues. The pressure drop with the initial ceramic filter is significant, over 60%, make sure you have enough mains pressure if you want this filter. After discussing with (the very good) customer service, they offered an alternative carbon filter and with this filter the pressure drop is less significant making the unit very usable. The company recommended to use a 3 way tap with separate outlet for the filtered water in which case the pressure drop would not have impact on other uses of cold water.”
