“Couldn’t order by phone & took a fair while to order through website as kept crashing. Took many many hours (seriously!!) of ‘flushing ‘ after fitted to get rid of metallic taste- water just running away to drain.... Not impressed, when so many folk in the world struggle to have water...”

“Very happy with the product. My plumber installed it and all went smoothly. I live on a boat where space is of a premium, and was pleased to find that the system incl tank fits easily in a cupboard under my sink. Thank you! KS”

“I have been a customer for a few years now and I am very happy with both the service and products I have purchased. I have confidence in their products as they have in depth knowledge in their field where they continue to improve their range. They understand the science and also the health issues many face that cause us to require such products and I have learnt so much from them. Most importantly, I have seen the benefits of using the products (BMB Nova pro) as my my two autistic boys have regular tests. Please keep it up. Always happy to recommend.”

“The delivery was quick and the filters were easy enough to install with help of a family member. I have taken the used filters to the waste disposal site a few miles away so it is a little unenvironmentally friendly in term of transportation needed. They are bulky and oe reason I change from the Britvic filter was because of the dislike of monthly disposal of the filter - these are mutiple filters and larger and though they may only need chaging every 6 months its still a lot of waste to be managed. I would like to know more about this aspect.”

“Very happy with the Osmio. Excellent taste and easy to use. Only suggestion I can make, if the water tank is a bit bigger as you lose a fifth every time, and if had option for chilled water will be great. Otherwise excellent thank you.”
