“The delivery was quick and the filters were easy enough to install with help of a family member. I have taken the used filters to the waste disposal site a few miles away so it is a little unenvironmentally friendly in term of transportation needed. They are bulky and oe reason I change from the Britvic filter was because of the dislike of monthly disposal of the filter - these are mutiple filters and larger and though they may only need chaging every 6 months its still a lot of waste to be managed. I would like to know more about this aspect.”

“Very happy with the Osmio. Excellent taste and easy to use. Only suggestion I can make, if the water tank is a bit bigger as you lose a fifth every time, and if had option for chilled water will be great. Otherwise excellent thank you.”

“Good quality system which is doing a great job in our hard water area. I did receive an email after 3 months advising me to replace one of the cartridges, although the label clearly says it lasts for 6 months so that was a bit misleading. Otherwise very pleased.”

“The Softener arrived extremely quickly and I couldn't believe how small it is! Just had it fitted today and looks nice and neat under the sink, much better than a salt softener as we don't have much room to spare and also eco friendly.. I've just consigned my Brita jug to the bin as this is now redundant!”

“For all those of us who are allergic to chlorine, even at tap water concentrations, these filters make life bearable: can drink the water and use it for cooking, showering, laundry etc. Five gold stars, too, for the free next-day delivery. Two small squeaks. It would be good to know if/where the sediment filters can be recycled. And I do wish you did a portable filter that could be simply attached to a tap: would make travel a lot easier.”
