“I really don't like the water filter, it's difficult to refill all the time, I wish that it could be plumbed in. I had to replace the filter within the first month as well and found this quite annoying and expensive. I don't think we will be using it for very long.”

“The order was handled efficiently and delivered promptly. Early indications of the effectiveness of the product are good. We shall learn more when we come to exchange the filters when we deem that the first pair are spent.”

“Had a two cylinder unit and replaced it with a three cylinder unit. The pipe is much smaller and the flow very low”

“I like the product but unfortunately my replacement filter came without instructions to fit. As the original was fitted when kitchen was installed I had no original paperwork. After 3 attempts to change filter I eventually phoned for assistance and was told by tech that I needed to put silicone grease around the o ring. This was a nightmare to source locally. In short I think instructions should be provided and if you need something like silicone grease a small sachet of the grease should be provided so you can just take the filter out packet and replace without all the hasssel I went through”

“The whole house filter is fantastic and I only wish I’d bought it sooner. I have had excellent customer service from Osmio from the very beginning. Replacement filters are easy to order and always delivered very quickly. The email reminders to change the filter is also very helpful”

“Item purchased was faulty and had to be returned. Returning the item was not easy, although we did finally manage to get item picked up from our home. Item was received back on Monday, email sent regarding refund, no response received. However PayPal have just confirmed they have received the refund. Would I purchase again from Osmio not on past experience”

Hi Maureen, so sorry we have discontinued the Zerica U80 undersink water chiller as we had so many problems, mainly due to overheating and lack of ventilation and the instructions being too vague for many users.

“We purchased a membrane osmosis filter to provide clean water for out podiatry autoclave. The advice on what equipment to purchase was clear and informative. As technical director of a SME I particularly like the regular reminders on when to change the filter etc etc. Would highly recommend Osmio.”
