“The Berkey Filter that I ordered arrived the following day . There was a wahser missing so I called Osmio and they posted it out and it came the next day too.”

“Rang customer service to ask a few questions, really helpful and as it could be returned if disliked I ordered one. Duly received we set it up. I asked hubby to put 2 glasses of water out, one tap and one from the machine. I said the tap water was the Osmio one! It did taste different at first and I wasn't sure I liked the taste of my beloved cuppa tea. It was a bit like going on holiday and getting used to the taste of the water. Having had the machine for 6 weeks now we did another blind tasting test, I got it right this time, ugh, the tap water tasted awful. Plus the thought that all of the pharma, metals etc have been taken out. Well worth the money, it's not going back. The waste water goes in the water butt outside or to the indoor plants. Would highly recommend it. Funnily enough my 2 cats have been drinking more of the water instead of going outside and drinking rainwater.”

“Delivery very prompt, packaging good, product seems well made and was easy to assemble. I emailed you about the extra pair of washers and you responded promptly. Instructions should be amended to avoid future confusion. First filling of water was cloudy and we poured that away. Water is now v. clear. Filter is easy to fill and easy to dispense. Tastes good.”

“I only bought this part as part of a kit for under the sink water filters late in 2019 so was really disappointed when a considerable leak under my sink was diagnosed as a hair line split in the brassware of this part. I rang Osmio and the lady who answered the phone was really efficient and said she would send me a new feed in valve in the post free of charge. I received the part a couple of days later and my plumber duly fitted it. Thankfully everything is drying out so no apparent long term damage done!”

“Wow what an amazing idea, not only removing nasties but helping us absorb N essential nutrient through our largest organ without even thinking about it. Very affordable price and so easy to install with a universal attachment. After hearing that chlorine causes scarring of the arteries making it difficult for them to do their job and finding such an easy affordable solution, I think we have just become a regular customer!”
