“Very good product so far(few weeks). Nice water, instant hot etc. One thing is, I nearly didn't make this purchase because there was no visible safety device for children. You should advertise better that the machine automatically goes back to cold water which is great. Perhaps in the future a better safety mechanism would be good too. Say, fingerprint/code/button sequence press for hot water.”

“Easy to fit Would be a good idea to put a label on so consumer can mark a date of fitting and also a reminder of where to purchase again as it has absolutely no marking on whatsoever. Really good results and so nice to have drinkable water straight from the tap. I purchased 2 and will fit the other one in my caravan so will let you know results”

“Purchased the osmio ht+ because I wasn't happy with the taste of my tap water. Since I've been using the osmio I could not be happier the taste is far better and was so easy to install. Very happy with this system, highly recommend using this company.”

“We love it. However one of the filters leans up against the edge of the container which doesn’t feel right. It obviously still works but after taking out a few times and re-screwing it back in it still does it. Our friends one doesn’t do this. Overall though the product is excellent and our water tastes so much better. Delivery was excellent.”

“Delivered very quickly and delivery cost was included in the price so, although I probably could have found an equivalent cheaper I wanted the peace of mind that the valve would work with the expensive 3-way tap. It went in like a dream and works perfectly. Can’t comment on long term durability as it has only been in a couple of weeks but good service and a quality part.”

“We brought an Osmio Zero water filter out to our apartment in Southern Spain. Thanks to advice and a kind gesture from Mark ( Osmio Director) the machine was brand new with a European plug. We started to use it on the 3rd of October and so far it has proved extremely successful. We use 1 or 2 five litre tanks a day. We have not required to buy one bottle of water or take the kettle back out the cupboard since we arrived more than 6 weeks ago. We are delighted with the simplicity and effectiveness of device, long may it continue. I was going to wait and give my first review after the first filter change but we are so impressed I thought it better to review now and update when I need to change the filters. The water is quite hard here and it will be interesting to find out how long the filters last but as I say so far so good. Thanks Osmio and particularly you Mark.”
