“I recently bought the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System and the Osmio Duo Hydrogen Water after reading the health benefits of hydrogen water, I’ve suffered with a inflammation problem for over a year now, I’ve had the machine for just under two weeks and I’m already out pain completely, something my (private) doctors were unable to do. Osmio Water were brilliant with answering any questions I had via the chat service on the website, I’m extremely pleased with their service and how well made the machines are made, I bought my own tester for the water which reads at 21 ppm. I found the blog on the website really informative, it’s definitely worth a read if you’re new to this like me.”

“Purchased Osmio Sofia Long Reach 3 Way Triflow Kitchen Tap, it arrived 2 days later, excellent service. 3 months after purchase the tap badge fell off. Contacted Sharon at Osmio Water about this, and a new badge was dispatched. Resolved within days, great service.”

“Sadly the order arrived from the supplier with no warranty, missing nails and no instructions. I had to chase for this as the customer service was poor. It would have been better if Osmio restricted sales of their product from them only. The product itself once installed appears to be wonderful... finding an engineer to do it was the other challenge and would be better if trained engineers were offered as an add on service Thanks”

“Having had our Osmio Duo now for several months it felt right to now review it. The unit looks great with the led light really finishing it off highlighting all those health giving bubbles. The build quality does not let it the looks down very robust with spare gaskets provided. One improvement required would be advance notice of a low battery as it dies just at the wrong time and takes 2 plus hours to charge. Auto cutoff when charging would be a bonus.”

“Product was not properly described . This caused a great deal of wasted time and driving. Now a long delay for required extra part to enable installation. Normally Osmio is very efficient and correct , but this was a very poor show.”
