“I was really happy with the service from Osmio. Having pre-ordered an item that wasn't yet in stock they were really good with communicating the order's progress with me throughout and my products arrived safe and well on the day they were due. Definitely recommend this company!”

“I've been thinking about installing a RO system in my home for some time. I am concerned about the poor state of treated mains tap water. I keep tropical fish as a hobby, and mains water contains to much nitrate for healthy aquarium fish and plants. I found Osmio when watching RO videos on Youtube. I particularly liked the Osmio instructional films. I followed this up with a few calls with their very helpful customer services. I have now purchased and installed the HT+ Home & Office system. Very straight forward install. Getting plenty of pure water. Very happy with the results of my Osmio RO system and would definitely recommend Osmio Solutions Ltd.”

“Absolutely first class support, they could not have been more helpful when I had a problem fitting a replacement filter cartridge which caused damage to the dual filter housing. A replacement housing was immediately dispatched to me without me even having to request, let alone order, one. This level of helpful response shows the exemplary trustworthiness and integrety of this company.”
