“The machine is prone to regular failures and I'm disappointed the company Osmio Water does not accept the warranty of the product due to hard water. Simply unnacceptable. For the cost it is not worth it. Never again.”

“The water on the East Coast is noted for limescale, not pleasant to drink. The difference was instantly noticeable when the Osmio filter system was fitted. I can drink the water and no more limescale deposits on fixtures and fittings. Can highly recommend.”

“Hello Mr. Kent, the order of the two UV glass tubes with a closed side has arrived very well packaged. But these tubes are way too long and I can't use them. Despite my clear description of my glass tubes with detailed photos and size units, your team has not succeeded in delivering the correct tubes to date. Worse yet, despite my communication with your team, I'm getting no response. My investment is worthless and in the meantime I cannot repair my UV water installation. So deeply disappointed in all aspects. Order No. 1000088142.”
