Owner Mark Kent has zero respect for customer. He wouldn't listen and talked over me and was very rude and inpatient. Indra filter 400 stopped working after 4 weeks he said it was the plumbers fault without listening to what I was saying. He referred to my plumber using swear words telling me he 'ballsed it up', despite me trying to explain my plumber was very good and had installed per guidance. I was very polite and didn't even ask for full refund, which I'm entitled to under consumer rights and one year warranty, I asked for a discount on a new one. He told me to send an email to info @ osmio, to ask for a discount, saying he had nothing to do with this and could’nt make these decisions. He knew I had already sent various emails to this email in the past 2 weeks which he had received, and I had spoken previously to him about the matter the week before. He told me the generic email, info@ osmio, is the only way 'operations' would receive my discount request as he had nothing to do with these decisions. He basically told me to write to the general email to fob me off, knowing I had already sent various emails to this address over past 2 weeks clearly stating the problem. He then admitted he was the managing director, when i asked if I could speak to a manager, and hung up on me, after asking sarcastically 'is there anything else I can help you with?', (after being rude, unhelpful and not offering any solution). This was my second conversation with him today after 2 weeks ago when he was also rude and talked over me completely. He practically snapped my head off and I was completely polite to him. He would not admit that his equipment may be defective or damaged. It was installed correctly by a plumber who installed them before. He then refused to speak to me when I called back. He was very over bearing and rude and talked over me through the whole conversation. A very unpleasant man. I am now left 260 pounds down with a faulty casing unit that lasted 4 wks. The filtered water was very unpleasant too. Im very upset with whole experience. I would run a mile from this company. If you have a problem with anything the owner he will just talk over you, not admit any fault and if you disagree you will get hung up on. When I tried to call back he refused to speak to me and sent an email straightaway saying he will not offer me any discount. This was straight after he told me he couldn't make these decisions. Save yourself the bother and money. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. Never dealt with such a rude and dishonest tradesman, maybe he's this rude to all women as I see the review below is also a woman he was vile too. The products also appear to be sub par, and your screwed if you think their tech team will help as you usually get through to this unpleasant man.
