“Incredible product that is quiet and does an amazing job at making London tap water taste great! The design is high quality and it is an aesthetically pleasing appliance to have on my countertop, and the fact there is no plumbing required is awesome. I use mine to fill up a water jug and then put it in the fridge to have nice cold purified water. The best investment I have made in my health this year.”

“Initially, we had difficulties getting our order acknowledged by Osmio. However, after contacting the company our order was acknowledged. The item came well-packed. Although we managed to put all parts together it would be a good idea to include easy instructions with pictures of how to assemble the Osmio water filter.”

“I live on my own & only want to use o of the ceramic filters a a time but I am forced to use the two filters at once because there are two holes & you haven’t supplied me with a blanking of nut & bolt. Also, the nuts on the filter units are plastic, so it is easy to jump thread & damage the plastic thread whilst tightening the filter to the hole in the glass. I know you cannot tighten too much where you have a hole in glass but a plastic nut on a plastic thread doesn’t allow you to get enough pressure on the compressible washer to get a good seal, there is just enough pressure to get a seal and it feels very fragile like the plastic nut could jump a thread & then you’ve lost your pressure & the seal. We need stainless steel nuts to go on the throw away plastic threads on the throw away ceramic filter units. Disappointed in the low-level engineering for the high price of these products.”

“I am a 54 year old type1 Diabetic since the age of 5...in only 3 weeks of using the Osmio Infinity, drinking 2 litres per day of water and inhaling 5-8 hours in every 24 hour period, I have noticed Amazing and HUGE health improvements in many different areas...IT BLOWS MY MIND actually.......2 severe wounds, one on a toe and one on a finger are healing RIDICULOUSLY FAST for a type1 Diabetic..my Doctor was AMAZED how fast my finger and Toe started healing after starting Browns Gas Therapy....but not really interested when I mentioned the results, and how I achieved them...weight loss is another thing I am noticing too..peeing a lot and the KGs just seem to be falling off me..Eyesight improvements in only 3 weeks, sleeping way way better with a much more relaxed less stressed state of mind (able to relax and switch off my brain)..Diabetic Neuropathy in both hands has improved and is improving so so much, I never used to be able to close my hands fully and make a fist...now I can and my fingers move much more nimble than I can ever remember them being able to do..EVER...skin improvements and Scars getting lighter in color...blood sugars for some reason are staying much more stable and more towards the lower end and not the higher end of the scale, WHICH IS A FANTASTIC BONUS FOR ANY DIABETICS..No more pain in my shoulders from many years back in my younger days training too heavy on my shoulders, which up until lately had always given me shoulder pain in both shoulders...All in All I can say is This Osmio Infinity is and has and will continue to CHANGE MY LIFE... WOW...Thank you Mark Kent and GEORGE WISEMAN..thank GOD I found you guys and you saved me and my family..YOU ARE AN ANGELS...LOVE YOU brothers, GOD BLESS YOU.❤”

“Despite the assurances provided by the really helpful and friendly staff of OSMIO the ordered filters have not yet reached my address in the Rep. of Ireland after almost a month delay or more. This has created unrest and brought us in an uncomfortable position. Initially, I was assured that the filters will be at home last Friday 21/4. A new email received from DHL states that my order will arrive on Wednesday 26/4 whilst unluckily, I'll be out of the country on a business trip. I only hope that a member of my family will be at home to receive it. I am not in position to respond your questions below as the delivery has not been made. I feel sorry and disappointed.”

“Have recently ordered Osmio 2.5 x 10 Chlorine & Limescale Filter Dual Pack online to replace current filters in kitchen. Excellent prompt delivery service via DPD, as usual. Filters very effective in removing chlorine as well as limescale from water supplied in 'hard water area' in Norfolk.”
