“I have been dealing with Osmio for a few years now. I have rung and asked advice and always found the people I speak to very knowlegeable and helpful. I have just purchased one of the Sanser bottles and find this works very well. But! I was very disappointed it was made in China. I am not the only one who is trying not to buy anything made in China. I showed my Sanser to a friend who was very keen to purchase one from you, but refused, when I said it was made in China.”

“After fitting an Osmio water filter I found that it did not solve the problem as I expected, but a short email to customer services provided an answer, a finer filter, ordered and delivered very quickly. Well done Sharon & Irina”

“Great filter but let down on this occasion by and end fitting which leaked due to poorly-moulded thread. Fortunately resolved (at least at the moment...) by some PTFE tape. I'll see if that lasts; first time I've had this problem after 4 previous filters.”

“Bought a water filter system for under the sink. After 2 months the water is cloudy and the kettle is getting limescale fur in it. A technician from Osmio said that this will happen after two months and to descale the kettle. The filters say they last at least 3 months. I’m not happy that I have a water filter system where I also need to descale the kettle. Sort of defeats the object...I should have shopped around.”

“Just purchased an Osmio Sanser Sanitizer spray unit(12/10/2020). Fantastic, I have been using Sodium Hypochlorite by another method (not Osmio) which I had to purchase from the USA as at the time the UK could not provide the relevant equipment. So gutted that I spent a fortune( £300:00) on that equipment and now its available in the UK at a third of the cost and without the customs charge I had to pay. This system is easy to use, cost effective, simple instruction, no mess, no fuss. 6gms of good quality table salt, 500mls of tap water and you have a high level disinfectant.”

“I’m really happy with this system. Each cylinder lasts 1yr and removes all the taste of chlorine from the drinking water. I live in an area of really good water but I’m very sensitive to the taste of chlorine which is added from time to time. Cylinder clicks into place, after initial instalment by a handyman and it’s as convenient as that!”

“I sent an enquiry about my tap which had developed a fault, the customer services were prompt and sent free replacement washers, they even sent me a video link to show me how to fit the washers.....brilliant service.”
