“The product I ordered 4 days before Christmas was out of stock, not a problem as I received a phone call and ordered another product which was slightly cheaper. I received both a refund to my paypal account and the product before Christmas. Great service.”

“The basic construction is sound, but it was obviously assembled in a slip shod manner with the top unit hinged on the wrong side so the back of the top unit faces the front, and does not match the construction detail of the main body. The overall effect is not nearly as attractive as was the one I bought ten years ago for our previous garden. It will do the job but the point of the beehive type is that it should also be visually attractive. So dissapointed.”
