“First of all we were offered an inferior product, which we refused and were told the wood supplier had let them down. On the 26th March we were emailed a shipment order with the shipment number and the order number. On Tuesday 3rd April we phoned the composting people and spoke to a lady and gave all the details of the shipment order and she was amazed because she said that the order had not even been made. I also sent an email on the 3rd April explaining that we only wanted delivery on a Wednesday, as well as other things that you should read. We did not even receive a reply or acknowledgement. We could go on and on but what is the point? Perhaps this will stimulate you into action, you never know. We look forward to hearing from you. John and Rosey Davison ,”

“The bokashi bran arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged. The advice to reseal the bags after use is appreciated. The bokashi is nice and moist and working well. My only criticism is that it was rather expensive including postage”

“The product is as described on the website and of good quality. I'm disappointed with the payment process on the website and nearly cancelled my order as a result. The Order Review was confusing as the product price was displayed inclusive of VAT, the delivery charge was exclusive of VAT and the Grand Total, although correct, obviously wasn't the sum of the charges listed. Once I worked out that the numbers were correct I placed an order. This page listed the items I'd ordered but all the values were zero with the exception of the delivery charge. At that point I was no longer confident that the website was genuine.”

“I recently bought a water butt lid from Gutter mate, the child safety catch broke on using,I emailed asking if a replacement was possible and to my surprise was told without any argument a new lid was being sent!!! Brilliant, not many companies like this nowadays (the world would be a better place if there was) sincerely,W.R.Porter ( Mr).”
