“This pathway stuff is, or should be, very useful - I had a wet patch in the garden and used it to be able to walk over it - however, because there was still some ice underneath it - one of the pieces cracked when I used it - was going to get in touch with you to tell you about it anyway, but since I got the request to leave a review, I thought I'd pass on the info this way. I know its a new product, so maybe you didn't know about this problem - can you please contact me to replace the broken one - thanks”

“I like the concept of having filtered rain water and harvesting it to keep my pond topped up. Fitting is simple and the kit supplied has the alternative parts to fit to water butts or square pipes instead of round. Very good. So far delighted with the product.”

“Well the wormery is very nice and sturdy. I love the way they come in funky colours and that you can get your worms later. The website is clear and easy to use. However, the prices on the home page do not include VAT. So my wormery appeared to be £55.90 (inc worm voucher) on the product page. But, by the time I checked out it had increased to £61.85 because of added carriage and VAT. When I complained that the prices should clearly state whether or not they include VAT from the start, I was fobbed off with a patronising statement about the law - which I am quite clear about thank you! I was disappointed that they didn't take my complaint seriously.”

Dear Nina, Thank you for your purchase. We are very happy that you love the product and the 'funky' colours that are available. With regards to the home page / product page. It is a legal requirement in the UK that all retail websites show the price of a product including VAT. Therefore, it is not possible for us to advertise a product to the public without VAT. What you perceived as VAT was infact carriage/shipping. All non free delivery e-commerce websites will add the shipping cost at checkout. This is normal. We are sorry that you felt that we did not take your complaint seriously and maybe we should have communicated better. Thanks again for your comments and your custom.
