“We bought a wormery from you almost 20 years ago. It has been empty/dormant since moving abroard, having babies and moving house. We recently decided to re-use our empty wormery and it was very easy to search for and purchase new worms from you. Our wormery is happily up and running again.”

“We bought 1 water tank and 1 water butt, plus 2 “universal “ brass taps and 2 diverter and filter sets. 1 brass tap does not fit the water tank as the screw mounting is too narrow- hardly “universal”. The diverter and filter sets do not fit our newly installed guttering and down pipes. This has caused us additional financial outly and delays Not impressed.”

“We have a big household and food waste is a bit of a problem, especially in the Summer. So far the bokashi bin is working well, and the general kitchen bin is much cleaner and less smelly. It has taken us 3 weeks to fill the first bin from a family of 7, and I have had 6 cups of "plant food" from it. Great idea :-)”

“After a delay in shipping my order, and then receiving 2 damaged water butts, Gutter Mate redeemed themselves by shipping a replacement water butt within 2 days. Polite and responsive customer service would be a reason why i would use Gutter Mate again.”

“The water butt arrived as ordered and fitted together without too many hitches. My only worry is that the feed pipe thread will not be strong enough to form a water tight seal with the neoprene washer provided. It is probably designed to prevent damage to the polypropylene tank by over-tightening of the bulkhead. Time will tell!”

“The wormery we ordered was delivered quite quickly and wasn't too difficult to assemble with the help of the video instructions. Although it was a cold day when we received the wormery the worms were in a healthy state. Our only minor criticism would be that there wasn't enough coir bedding provided. However all seems well a fortnight since the wormery was put into use.”
