“Product arrived quite quickly.”

“The company lost my order. I had to chase it up, and when I called, they still couldn't find my order on the system. Still waiting.”

“Excellent service. Amazingly quick delivery. Good robust product. Not sure how I get the interior nut on the tap though”

Helpful Report

“Very pleased with my waterbutt, thank you”

Helpful Report

“The product is well made and easy to install, but best of all it works brilliantly. So good I have ordered a second one!”

“Phone conversation excellent and goods arrived sooner than expected and received advance phone call”

Helpful Report

“The gutter guard was great unfortunately it arrived cracked and haven't heard from customer service!”

Helpful Report

“Very pleased with product and good that they called when there was a slight hitch with delivery. Only problem Yahoo didn't come to my address, instead left it in another part of the building. I was only alerted to arrival of product receiving an email saying it had been delivered. Went on search and found it.”

Helpful Report

“Quick and easy to order the product I wanted, even got a rebate on the stated costs which was nice. Then found out they do other products that I have been looking to purchase. All very good.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service. Excellent trader.”

Helpful Report

“My family needed more bokashi bran, and Original Organics provided the best deal in terms of value for money, convenience of the packaging and speed of delivery.”

Helpful Report

“Came with easy instructions and also big fat juicy worms!”

Helpful Report

“Good delivery time, product was as expected. Instructions on assembly were easy enough, but the instructions for the continuous running of the wormery weren't clear, but I'm sure information can be found on the website or other sources on the web. I'm using the wormery mainly for worm breeding for live food, but I will also be utilising the sump and compost made! Overall quite happy with the product, just need to get more informed!”

Helpful Report

“because , eventually I found the little bag of nuts and bolts in the packsging. I had bought these for £1.99 at a hardware store and decided to keep them as a second when I realized that I did not need them.!”

Helpful Report

“I ordered a water butt which arrived shortly after however the butt and the lid were damaged (it had obviously fallen on its side). I reported it to you and I sent you a photograph of the damage, and an offer was made to send a new one, however after two weeks or so I am still waiting. Why is this ?”

Helpful Report

“By sending me what I ordered.”

Helpful Report

“It is a good product and does exactly what you want it too.”

Helpful Report

“Very helpful and informative about here products and prompt delivery.”

Helpful Report

“Not thrilled - delivery took ages to sort out because colours of wormery I wanted not available and lid of wormery was chipped on arrival (perhaps in transit) but since it was an already delayed pressy my daughter didn't want to send it back.”

Helpful Report

“Speedy service”
