“Good delivery time, product was as expected. Instructions on assembly were easy enough, but the instructions for the continuous running of the wormery weren't clear, but I'm sure information can be found on the website or other sources on the web. I'm using the wormery mainly for worm breeding for live food, but I will also be utilising the sump and compost made! Overall quite happy with the product, just need to get more informed!”

“I ordered a water butt which arrived shortly after however the butt and the lid were damaged (it had obviously fallen on its side). I reported it to you and I sent you a photograph of the damage, and an offer was made to send a new one, however after two weeks or so I am still waiting. Why is this ?”

“Fast response to order. Originally the wrong items were supplied, but this was rectified quickly – good communication. Nearly 5/5. When ordering it was not clear that the company name was Gutter Mate, so when that name came up on my PayPal account I had to check back to see that it was a genuine transaction. Not serious, but a nuisance.”

“The water butt I ordered looked great and the price was reasonable. The only problem was that the tap that was provided would not turn once it was fitted. I had to cut a small piece from the tap to allow it to open fully. Wrong tap!!”

“The item I purchased from Original Organics (400 l composter) was not fit for purpose and was honestly rubbish and is now thrown away at the local re-cycling centre. It also arrived damaged in several places and Original Organics were very quick to refund my payment - so no problems with them - in fact they were very helpful and courteous.”
