“I. needed a new worm bin, this is my third on in my gardening life, I have found that there is nothing to beat a worm bin the contents seem to disapear in just a short time, and the worms double, the liquid is so good for the plants, the only downside is that there was no instructions, but the lady on the phone emailed them.”

“My order was incomplete. One of the 3 items I ordered was not included in the parcel sent to me. There was a hand written note stating that the item was out of stock and would be sent separately but with no estimate of when this would be. Payment was taken for the full amount. I do not believe it should have been possible to order an out of stock item, and I certainly don't believe that payment should have been taken for an out of stock item.”

“Wormery – instructions seemd comprehensive but were not awfully helpful (eg 'spread fibre evenly'). Many worms 'did a runner' in the first few days (I'm still finding dehydrated corpses in the conservatory where they spent the first night.) A phone call with Danielle gave EXCELLENT advice which was different but obviously right, ie ''pile fibre in a heap'. I now have a few traces of wormcast in the bottom tray but it's obviously going to be a while before they show interest in the VERY mouldy nectarine slice I put in!”

“Installation was more difficult than explained/expected, particularly with the lower half of the down pipe being "loose" and not being able to see when and if it lined up with the connecting part of the box. However we are very pleased with this purchase, and would suggest one improvement. The two top circular "lids" have a VERY SMALL flange and when checking their use which we presume would be for visual water height (?) one fell into the box! No problem as it had not been fitted to the wall, I was able to turn it upside down to release the lid. To ensure this problem did not happen again when the box was attached to the wall I made a small hole in the center of each lid and attached a single leather throng which is wrapped around to down pipe. Any comments?”

“I had problems with an earlier water butt from their associated company. I was able to discuss this with a manager of the company and he pointed me to an alternative product. The ordering process over the telephone did not go well but their telephone sales team sorted out the situation and got the new products delivered. They look at lot better than the earlier products and they will be fitted soon.”

“I am very pleased with the product 15-0706 however, I paid for 2 at a cost of £17.93 which includes postage via paypal, but only received one caddy. To date, I have received no communication in spite of having telephoned on two occasions to ask when I will receive the outstanding item”
