“Have used them on 3 occasions and in each case the service has been extremely slow. In all cases it took a couple of weeks or longer for the items to arrive. And although the final products are good quality the promised delivery dates were never met and I had to email them a number of times to check orders were going to be shipped on the dates they had promised.”

Helpful Report

“The wormery arrived within a couple of days which was good, but I deferred delivery of the worms which was a big mistake. I emailed on 20th December 2016 asking for the worms to be delivered and hoping in time for xmas, but here we are at the 13 Jan 2017 and I still don't have them. This was a xmas present for my wife which has gone very sour. I had a few email exchanges to try to sort it out but email support was poor and didn't seem to really care, to the point where they stopped replying and I had to phone through my concerns. I've now been told they will be with me tomorrow, so fingers crossed.”

Helpful Report

“Friendly and helpful on the phone, and then the parcel arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.”

Helpful Report

“Interpreted my order correctly and delivered efficiently.”

Helpful Report

“No idea what I bought from Gutter Mate - the email I received asking me to review it didn't tell me what it was. I've bought tons of things recently so it could have been anything. My review is "tell me what I bought."”
