“I was unhappy because Guttermate sent the wrong tracking information. I had a code for Yodel when in fact the delivery was by Tuffnells. Personally I think that being green is not enough, you also need to be competant”

“Easy to fit, beware of over tightening screws if fixing to pebbledash. Do not put in hot water to make it easy to fit, it will collapse. Watch the video, it makes more sense. The Guttermate collects a lot more water than the original one due to the water being diverted from the centre of the downpipe to the outside.”

I looked on Utube at videos of how to set up as I didn't understand the paper instructions, (that's just me though, probably) worms are happy and I'm I'm happy. No email came to tell me worms had been delivered. It was a hot day and I could of lost them. That was my only criticism. I look forward to the end results. Thank you. Susan Clark”

“Absolutely shocking, tried repeatedly calling and emailing with no answer, only emailed me when I raised a claim via PayPal. When my wormery finally arrived half the worms were dead, emailed again twice asking whether i could purchase more worms at a discount, company didn't answer then send me this survey. Very poor customer service!!! Customers beware”

“The rating is for the product and not the service. I purchased Gutter Mate gutter mesh with clips. The clips are very fiddly and extremely sharp - difficult to clip on when high up and 3 cuts to 1 finger!!!”

“I purchased a Gutter Mate diverter as a direct result of an emergency caused by heavy rainfall bringing moss down from the roof of our house. This led to the blocking of the down pipe and water backed up into our boiler leading to an expensive repair bill. With advise from a local plumber and the boiler engineer I decoupled the boiler form the down pipe and fitted a Gutter Mate. Two heavy downpours since then have tested the Gutter Mate and it has proved it's worth. It has trapped moss coming from the roof and although the rainfall was heavy enough to overwhelm every drain in the area, including ours, the Gutter Mate withstood it all. Full marks to the design team for creating the type of simple item that adds to our peace of mind.”
