“The water barrel arrived promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately the associated water diverter fitting was missing the hose connection for the barrel. However this was rectified promptly following a phone call - albeit with the wrong part - although this was itself replaced after another phone call. Very obliging service despite the hiccups.”

“Compost bag came without any instructions on how to use. In itself, it doesn't seem possible that comppost could result. I did post a query on the website but it was not answered.”

Helpful Report

“The item was what I requested. One corner of the cover was broken in transit - I did not bother to report this, I simply taped it up. So a bit of extra packaging is obviously necessary.”

“I have always recycled my veg peelings into my compost bin but never been able to add cooked waste, now I can with my lovely new bins and Bokashi bran. Very easy to purchase and fast delivery, great. Thank you.”

“I ordered a beehive composter early January to be informed that it was unavailable until the end of January. This took 3 phone calls from end of Jan being told same old story that the wood was not available until I decided to cancel. It was delivered 3 days later but the lid was very rough one side because it had not been sanded .A piece of string held the lid when open!!!”

Helpful Report

“Product was fine but took too long to deliver. Delivery in a week is indicated but I was not told it was out of stock when I ordered. This was explained to me only when I chased it and I was told I'd have to wait. I noted and pointed out to the person who contacted me that the item was still showing on the website as being in stock, but nothing on the website was changed. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable as far as I am concerned and I will not be using the company again.”
