“I placed an order by phone that was not processed rang 4 days later as had no confirmation. Parts sent out by 5 deliveries still waiting for parts to complete the job 4 weeks later. DO NOT USE GUTTERMATE. I have now had to order the parts from a different supplier. Which has sent them out the next day!”

“Purchase of submersible water pump for an underground 4000 gallon rain water tank at a cricket club. ........Before making purchase representative was very helpful with advice on suitability of pumps. Delivery was prompt and the pump supplied meets our needs. A couple of weeks after delivery Gutter Mate phoned to check that the product met our requirements. Would recommend the company.”

Helpful Report

“The product is leaking and got no satisfaction from guttermate.”

Helpful Report

“You didn't because you wasted my time. "Gutter Mate" appeared on my credit card statement, but I had no idea who you were. I bought goods from Original Organics, so why did you not use that name for obvious reasons? Firstly I checked with my bank and then on Google. Why should I have to go through that circus. In any case Original Organics has a good name as far as I am concerned. I had never heard of Gutter Mate and your name is not good with me because of the above.”

Helpful Report

“The delivery was quick, the wormery was of good quality and the instructions were clear. I lost the guidance provided with the womery, contacted gutter mate and they were very helpful in providing me with some new information. I would definitely shop here again :)”
