“There was an issue with the website and I sent an email which was answered promptly with acknowledgement of the issue and confirmation of my order. The blinds arrived quickly and were easy to install. Maybe would have been a little easier had the top hooks already been placed in the blinds perhaps...but not to worry.”

“Great blinds but because the video wasn't brilliant and we didn't get any instructions took us a while to work out how to install. We eventually found some instructions on the website but it took a bit of finding”

“Good blinds, all fitments included. Instructions were very basic but manageable. No notification before delivery hence no-one was in whilst delivered so had to be collected.”

“Order came pretty quickly. 2nd time I’ve bought from them , very important to measure as accurate as you can. Keeps most of the light out but not a 100%. I found a bit of wight filler up the side of the frame helped block out some of the light . Great for night shift work , sleeping through the day .”

“I wanted a roller blind for my bathroom that was a bit unusual. Couldn't get one in our local blind shop. Chose a lovely white blind with black fish. I was a bit worried about measuring it myself but the sizes were spot on. It took less than a week to arrive easy to fit and very reasonably priced. Love it”

“I live in France and was delighted to be able to order replacement blinds from the uk and have them delivered. I spoke to a helpful and knowledgeable lady who was able to confirm the right model of blinds and take payment there and then. They arrived in a few days and were straightforward to install.
