“I had a problem with the electric motor on one blind and was guided through the troubleshooting by Stacey who very patiently talked me through the problems which were largely due to my own installation. The problem appears to have been solved and has probably stopped the whole thing crashing down. I found the team to be very knowledgable and helpful and was advised that if there was a further problem not to hesitate to contact them.”

“Ordered replacement slats for a large vertical blind were in the house when we moved recently Great selection and easy instructions given on how to measure. They arrived quickly and were easy to fit and look great. They completely transform the room. I'm so impressed I've just place another order.”

“Ordered perfect fit blinds. The instructions for measuring were nice and detailed. The ordering was simple and the delivery at the expected time. The blinds themselves were easy to fit, althought the instructions mentioned some fitting card, to ensure the right gap for top and bottom bracket - that wasn't included, but it was easy to make one up. When fitting, I discovered one of the blinds was missing part of a bracket, but a phone call to OrderBlinds, with a supporting email with pictures, resulted in OrderBlinds sending out a replacement very quickly. I will say I am happy with the whole experience, plus the blinds look good!”

“Very happy with a service. Everything straight forward. Communication is great, all my questions was answered very fast. Blinds arrived very well packed, instructions easy to follow even for someone like me who never did this before. I had no problem to fitting blinds what so ever. Looks amazing 🤩 Thanks team!”

“I'm very pleased with my purchase from order blinds and I would definitely order from them again. I needed replacement blinds and I'm so happy I stumbled on their website! They have a free sample service, where they send you a few samples of the blinds to choose, they have a very helpful guide about how to measure your blinds and an excellent delivery system. The blinds came in perfect shape. Overall very happy with their service. The most valuable aspect was the opportunity to get samples and choose exactly the right blinds”
