Good quality blinds. Not the best finish though (the bottom lacks precision : bar not in the middle and seams not perfect).

Lovely blind - definitely not “easy fit” as stated for me. The wall plugs didn’t fit properly so I used others and it keeps coming loose at the top on one side. It looks lovely though 🙂

Easy to place an order, frequent updates on order status and ultimately delivered on time. However, the order was incorrectly fulfilled in places (a different colour operating chain was supplied from that ordered, as an additional expense) and the overall quality of the product wasn't that great, imho (poor finishing on stitching). A good attempt at good service but I certainly wouldn't consider purchasing the same product again, based on quality.

I ordered 3 blinds for a bay window, and when they were delivered they had not been pattern-matched. Although the company ultimately rectified this, the inconvenience was considerable and made worse by a their somewhat unhelpful attitude. It is easy to give a company positive reviews when things go well, but perhaps they are best judged by their dealings with customers when things go badly.

The blind itself is nice - the quality seems good and the pattern is as ordered. However, it has come up a little small. They say to measure width at top and bottom and supply the narrowest width. My window has tiles at bottom, so I supplied this width (115cm) although the top is 2 cm greater. The blind with plastic fittings supplied was only 114cm, and the width of fabric only 111cm. As its for a bathroom (and not a bedroom where excluding light would be important) it's acceptable, but it would have been nice to know the difference between width of fabric and total width of fittings (I would have ordered the top width); and even then the blind supplied is smaller than ordered. As the blind is usable, I haven't gone back to the company about this. The company itself seem nice - they mailed me to say the first attempt at blind had failed quality control and they were remaking. They also phoned me to say why delivery was delayed (apparently the courier couldn't find my address!).

The correct blinds were delivered efficiently but they were a tiny bit too wide so that we could not put the cover on which was a shame. We are very pleased with the product.

Good system but doesnt seem to quite fit the window in one corner Windows are brand new and we measured in more than one place across the window so wonder if the blind has been cut slightly wrong. It will work at a push but just means it wasn't quite as straightforward to fit as hoped

This is a great blind that blocks all light out. Fitted it 2 weeks ago and it has broken. Would be a great blind if it did not break so easy.

I've never installed blinds before, and I'm not much of a DIY person so I struggled with the bottom up blinds. I called customer service for help who said they would email me with more information, and that it was very easy. I didn't receive anything and was left feeling incompetent and frustrated. I've finally figured it out and the blinds look nice, but they aren't straight forward to use (doesn't take much for the blinds to lose tension). Happy with the overall result.

The blinds for UPVC windows once fitted are excellent. However, because we are instructed to measure the glass it does not take into account a) the slightly protruding rim of the frame or b) the slight variation of 5mm at the top compared to the bottom of the glass pane because of the age of the house. I rang to get some advice which wasn’t adequate. I should have been told to take the smaller measurement, whereas I took the larger. Consequently, not one of the three frames fitted. We had to cut off a small piece of metal from each frame and had a real battle getting the frames to clip to the window. Once we succeeded they look amazingly good. Simple directions are all very well but a bit more guidance and information is needed at the measuring stage. I am very hands on and am used to these things, but I had difficulty.

The quality of the blind is lovely and it fits perfectly so 5/5 for product. It did take nearly a month to arrive which was frustrating especially when we called and they told us it was be here within the next day or so and it never was. We just kept getting fobbed off by customer service which was annoying. Be honest even if it’s not ideal because it’s even more annoying to continually expect it.

Unfortunately blinds arrived without wall fixing brackets. A phone cal had them in the post, but only side fixing brackets were sent. I needed top fixing. I had to drill these to be able to use them. Blinds were sent without fixing instructions. The instructions for the type I had bought were not in the instructions library on the Web site. Another phone call and a PDF was sent by email. once fitted the blinds are nice and decent quality.

Made to measure lamp shades not very well made. Material not tight enough on the circular rings where the material joins. 3 shades ordered and on all the material is not stretched enough at this position. Certainly not the same standard as Laura Ashleigh made to measure lamp shades.

The lampshades received were fine in design and material but the joins were clumsy with visible glue so the finish was not as good as should have been.

Customer service is good. I was in touch about my disappointment of the product. I was assured the measurements are correct. I included photo's to demonstrate that the product allows light between the blind frame and window frame. I since learned there is a within 2mm allowance. If I had known or seen the product allowed light in, I would not have purchased. I think the product is too expensive for what I got. Perfect fit and black out means just that to me, I thought no light would come through.

Ordered night and day blinds for my whole house. Service was awful as everytime I called I got a different story. Blinds eventually arrived after waiting in for 3 days. One had a mucky mark in the middle which wasn't great but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of trying to deal with it. Blinds are ok and do the job

The BlocOut Blind I bought required screwing on the bottom, which I cannot do because the bottom is made of wood in a rental. This should be more clearly indicated, and a simpler on side plaster wall mechanism like on top would be better. There was some light leakage on corners and , but with some black tape is became good enough, not pretty though.
