“The blinds arrived promptly and fitted well and they were easy to fit so overall a good product, my only criticism is the colour is too flat there is no change from slat to slat so doesn’t look like wood and therefore a bit soulless. Sales lady on phone was great very helpful and patient.”

Dear Mrs Levitt, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. I've checked our system and can't see that we have been made aware of the issue with the sizing. When ordering you advised that you would be fitting your blinds within the window recess an - in order for the complete blind to fit in the space we remove 4cm from the width of the fabric to allow for the size of the mechanism. Hopefully this will explain your comment regarding the blind being too narrow, but if not please do get in touch and we will arrange for a replacement to be made. With regards to the blackout effect, the fabric supplied should not allow any light to penetrate through it, however we unfortunately cannot control light that comes in around the edges of the fabric. If there is light coming through the fabric itself please let us know as this would be a fabric fault which we would be happy to replace for you. Kind regards, The Order Blinds Team

“We brought these blinds for my little girls room, unfortunately they don’t block the sun out, even thou they are suppose to be black out-blinds. Design is lovely unfortunately don’t do the job they are suppose to”

Dear Mrs Shurety, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the blind. Is the light coming through the actual fabric? If so there may be an issue with the fabric used as no light should come through our blackout bace cloth. Unfortunately light coming in around the edges of the blind is not something we have control over, but if it is the coming in through the fabric please let us know and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out. “We found ordering samples quick and efficient, the instructions for ordering were simple to follow. The blinds ordered were delivered on time. Fixing them to the window areas was easy, again the enclosed instructions were easy to follow. The blinds were to the exact measurements given and came up to the quality promised on line. Altogether a first class experience.”

“Ordered blackout blinds, and even though my window reveal was not quite square I fitted them easily and when I closed them the room was in total darkness with no pin pricks of light getting through. The service and product were excellent. Highly recommended.”

“The binds do block out most of the light. Accurate measurement is critical and if your window frames are totally straight (ie > 7mm) out you will need to fill in the gaps as the tolerances are not very generous. The frame assumes true recesses. Had to laser cut a wedge to fill in one side which was 10mm out top to bottom. We still have one vertical not quite long enough, so had to fill that in too. Allowing for some additional tolerance with with and high would be very helpful.”

“The binds we ordered arrived very quickly and well packaged. They fitted the windows perfectly. The blinds needed extension chains because of the high location, a quick phone call and email with the height of the installation and the chains came almost the next day. Generally I am very pleased with the blinds and the after sales service. I would strongly recommend this company.”

“Took the full 2 weeks to arrive then once installed would not stay shut. I was going to buy another straight away if it worked well but now will look elsewhere i think”

“Very disappointing. Ordered and paid for blind, but it never arrived. Staff were polite and tried to sort out the problem with the courier but without success. So far I’ve paid £230 and received nothing. Hopefully my refund request will be processed soon.”

“Absolutely impeccable service, from the two phone calls I had with two different members of staff, right up to delivery and installation. My request to have vertical rather than horizontal stripes on my blind was no trouble at all, delivery was within the timescale promised, and the product is fantastic quality and very easy to install (one person with basic DIY skills - me - can do it in well under an hour). Five stars, and every one of them gold!”
